Very spacious. Bed was reasonably comfortable, sheets and towels clean. Aircon works well. Pool looks lovely and clean but unfortunately didn't get a chance to go for a swim. On the downside, a lot of flys/bugs in the light shades. No soap holder in the shower. Washing machine in the unit but no washing powder or availability to purchase. No complimentary water or bikkies

Mostly clean and spacious, provided discount for last minute accommodation in a twin room.
Close to hub but quiet area so easy to get a good sleep. Bed sheets etc all clean & tidy.

The showers seal isn’t good and water went everywhere. Spider in corner ceiling of room and found a small cockroach in the morning.

Fantastic family accommodation. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was so much bigger than we were expected. Heaps of room. Lovely and clean. Great spot in Emerald. Would not hesitate to recommend

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious. All on 1 level ground floor and provided reasonably well eqipped kitchen, washing machine, two couches in lounge full size dinning table with 4 chairs. Heating and cooling via 3 separate units. Front and back doors. Unfortunately the unit overall is getting tired. The bedrooms both have double cupboards but no shlving or draws. The floors need a good clean and the bedding is far too weighty. As we were there for 2 weeks we purchased our own bedding. The absence of a second tv in the bedroom was also disappointing. The in-house wifi was inaccessible on some days.

Let me start with the good, the shower was excellent, once you were in it. The door took a bit of effort to open and close, but once inside it was a magnificent experience. I wish I could say the same for the room in general. I've stayed in some pretty poor places, Boulia, the middle of the desert in a swag, mining camp dongers. None were as charmless as the sight that greeted me upon opening the door. A sea of bland met my eyes, broken only by a single chair pushed tight into the corner and a small table kept company by two stained and uncomfortable chairs.||||Don't get me wrong, its get everything you need, unless you want a couch, but noting more. I've seen better appointed prison cells. The lack of an oven also made my multiple week stay somewhat limited insofar as the cuisine was concerned.||||After about a week I started to wonder when they might come and clean the room a little bit, you know, mop the floors, a light vacuum, maybe some new towels. Well, after consulting the handbook I discovered this most basic of services is an extra charge, something I've not encountered before. ||||So, if you're staying here linger than a few days be prepared to do your own cleaning with the cleaning supplies in the room (none) and it might be a good idea no nip down to Coles and grab some bog roll (not included) and some coffee and sugar (not refreshed).||||I did consider breaking out of my cell, I mean leaving my room and having a swim in the pool but when I saw a dog swimming around in it I decided to give it a miss.||||In short, if you're the sort of person that values privacy and solitude, this is for you. If on the other hand you wouldn't mind a clean towel every other week, maybe look elsewhere.||||Oh, and there's a warning sign above the sink reminding you that if you don't wash your dishes before you leave you'll be charged $150. I assume they fly a specialist in from Sydney to do this considering the price.

This is the second time I've stayed here and both times have been excellent. Check in was easy and the lady at the desk very friendly. I love the rooms. They are spacious and clean. It's definitely worth paying a little more for the extra space.

The management and staff could not have been more helpful and made our stay a very pleasant experience. The apartment was HUGE with 2 bedrooms washing machine and dryer, separate toilet and undercover parking.
Excellent rates and advice as to tourist opportunies in Emerald. Special thanks to Brian for his assistance above and beyond and good cheer.

Apartments are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and although it's quite busy here, it's very quiet and peaceful. The new Indian menu at the restaurant has the best curries outside of South Asia and the staff are absolutely delightful - the best motel I've ever stayed at!
