Apartments are run down and hardly look like the pictures. Clearly this place has seen better days. Shower had mould and limescale. Bedside table had crumbs on it. Fire alarm had a plastic bag secured over it - which felt highly suspicious and illegal. Felt super uncomfortable and unsafe, the hallways and slamming of doors makes for a very anxious sleep. Not to mention the lack of key, the code on the door makes it feel like anyone could walk in. Wifi did not work. The carpark is extremely open and unsecured. Only people outside were scary and doing laps of the car park. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a safe and clean stay.

I was booked into "Emerald Executive Apartments" as I was working in the area. The advertisement and photos on there website are from many years ago and don't reflect the currunt condition of the place. |I have attached photos of what I was presented with. From the time I received the code for both the front door and room (which was fully open on arrival) it was a nightmare. The room was filthy to say the least, there was mould on the shower and surrounds, the toilet was filthy, the carpet look as if someone had grease on ther shoes and walked it around, the curtain was filthy and the curtain opener was broken, the outside pation was covered in dust and bird droppings. The TV on the wall had obviously been replaced and the wall never repaired.|It would appear that this place relies on the previous occupant to clean the room for the next occupant.|if you require a quet nights sleep you wont get it here. As the front door and room doors have a strong closer on them you constantly hear them all opening and closing all night, other occupants have no respect for anyones privacy and you constantly hear loud voices and TV's, as well as the hall lighting that is sensored so when someone walks in the hall the lights brighten and your door is illuminated. The road past the appartments is busy and you hear cars and trucks all night passing by, it sounds like the sliding front patio door is open, its not. Look up before you try and get some sleep, the light fittings are full of dead insects. Once you are in your room there is no daily changing of towels or bed made, you put up with what you get for your stay.|I would rather sleep in my car then stay at this place.

This is the only time I will say this... I'm so glad my husband farted in the room because it got rid of some of the horrible stink left in the room. Horrible 2 nights sleep, not sure if it was the lack of clean blankets or I was worried I was going to catch some kind of STI with all the DNA left in the room. Rubbish left under the bed from previous occupants. Dust on fan, mould in bathroom, pubic hair from what looks like king Kong in the bathroom near toilet and in shower. I would say the only positive was how close Coles was so we could get some disinfectant. Dirty sponge, cutlery and cups.
From the looks of the reviews something or someone is absolutely dropping the ball. Too bad if you wanted to wash the danky old dirty blankets the washing machine and laundry area looked as dirty as the carpet and weren't even working. Would love management to get in contact with me about being reimbursed as it was absolutely woeful. Not sure where I can add the photos....

The establishment is run-down, dirty, untidy, some facilities are either broken or in need of repair. There is no reception or any staff on site. There are no keys or locks and instead rooms are accessed by a code. The room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Dirt, dust, hair and food from other people who had stayed there previously was in the kitchen, bathroom and blankets. The air conditioner was old and extremely noisy. The rooms have no soundproofing and are located near a busy road and shopping centre. I would avoid at any price point, though I was charged $190 for the night.

dirty, very noisy, broken power points, mouldy shower, no drinking glasses. access drive is incredibly dangerous - less than 20 mtrs from a blind corner. Rosie did refund my money but told me I wasn't allowed to leave a bad review - this is a breach of Consumer Law.

Very good value for money. Paid $89 for a room, which we booked last minute on the way into town. Room smelt odd, however, not unpleasant. Everything except a broken toilet roll holder was in working order and clean. Really liked the idea of having the pin code to the door text to the phone. We paid and had our code in about 15 minutes. Room was much larger than we expected. Full size small fridge, microwave, cook top and kitchenette. Room has a balcony overlooking the golf course which was nice to eat dinner and watch the lorikeets play in the trees. We would stay here again given the excellent value for money. Four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Booked here for 2 nights. First impression was that it looked a bit odd from the outside and the car park was unsecure. Room 4 appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable. Kettle and toaster had seen better days. Was going to give 2/5 after the 1st night as the shower wouldn't stay in the position set and the sink wouldn't drain. We phoned the office and we were moved to Room 10 - a bit of hassle repacking and moving the cases but worthwhile, especially as the WiFi worked much better there.

Even though the apartment is spacious, clean and the balcony overlooking the golf club was great , the problems I asked to be sorted were not .|- chipped coffee cup which would have cut your lip|- shower nozzle wouldn't stay up unless flat up against the wall |- no doona on the bed and only 1 blanket in the cupboard .|No communication as to why problems weren't seen to. |The other issue we had was the light pouring thru all around the door which got worse when the sensor lights went on out in the hall.
