Thank you to the team for stepping up to host all of our wedding guests! Your location and service was amazing for everyone. They had no issues putting rooms on hold for our guests to book and I heard no complaints from any of our loved ones!

Great location in the heart of emerald. Great rates. I am thankful to be at a location with a washing machine. Bed was spongey but that's OK, I sleep alone 😔

Nice and tidy place, close to the restaurant and shopping centre. Good size room with comfortable bed. In my room there was kettle and toaster but no microwave.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work. This is by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have EVER slept in.

The chap on reception was wonderful to deal with. Even when I stupidly could not find the iron.

I’ll be back to emerald for work in the coming months. I will be 100% staying here.

What a great little spot. It was a mid point for my daughter and I to have a quick catch up. I want to say we had the friendliest greeting and such a spic and span and clean place. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and we WILL stay here again to try to get some Mummy/Daughter time...when there is no time.|Thank you so very much and keep up the great work. With a restaurant right next door it was super easy for us to have both dinner and breakfast together before life got in the way.

We recently had a 1-night stay and found the room spacious, clean and in a quiet location. We ate next door at the Capricornian which was delicious. We would highly recommend staying here. We also double paid (paid through 3rd party website when booking, forgot so paid again on check in) which they brought to our attention a few days later and promptly refunded. We will be back.

The Motel must be fairly new: it felt and smelled new and the quality of the furnishings and fit-out couldn't be faulted. It was first class! And - wonder of wonders - we even had a fully-enclosed backyard with table and chairs, and a colorbond fence for added privacy! The room was super quiet, and in a quiet side street but only two streets away from the principal commercial area. And the guest laundry was free! [But I had to squeeze in between the Motel's own washing/drying because their machines were on the blink]. It was a pleasure to stay there.

I stayed here for three nights whilst in Emerald for a work trip. Kerri is a lovely lady, she’s very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet & the bed was very comfortable. I loved the private outdoor patio area, it was refreshing to stay somewhere with a private area at the back of my room. The undercover parking in front of the rooms great, as many other local motels don’t have undercover parking. ||The motel has a lovely restaurant next door, and a short walk up the street you’ll find a lovely tavern, McDonalds, KFC & a shopping centre. ||I look forward to staying here again when I’m next in Emerald.
