It was 37C on the day I visited and there was a fairy circle of mushrooms in the grass. Not what I expected. A beautifully maintained garden with a walking path meandering along the the riverside. Well worth the visit.

It is a very beautiful and well looked after place. There is fitness stations all along the paths and plenty of playground equipment located throughout. There are undercover tables and BBQ facilities. If you walk along the river on the grass and are quiet you can spot numerous animals, birds and if you have a good eye you can spot different lizards soaking up the sun on tree branches

This is a nice place for a walk and stretch while driving the long distances between towns along this highway. The Park stretches along the river and continues on the other side of it as well. There's BBQ areas and playgrounds for the kids too. We'll with making a stop.

One of my favourite places to visit when Iโ€™m in Emerald. I love walking around and it has so much to see. The concrete footpaths are good for skaters and bicycle riders etc.
