I ordered ice late with one extra of short caramel syrup, and the cashier took a while to understand what I ordered extra - caramel syrup 🙄, then she said no they don’t have any in here so I chose hazelnut syrup 😢. I didn’t want to walk away because I was on the haft way to order. To be honest, the coffee was over burnt and super bitter 😭, it ruined my morning mood somehow!!!

I've come here a couple of times and it's been okay...I am non-verbal and have ASD. This morning I tried to order an iced caramel macchiato, because I saw that they have macchiato under their coffee section. The owner then came and spoke to me in a not very nice way saying "uhm, we're not a starbucks and we don't do that kind of thing"....I wish he had just said 'sorry we can't do that' instead of having that rude kind of attitude...

Ordered cap and eggs bene with bacon. Had to wait 15 minutes for my cap but it was worth it. The coffee was good. The poached egg was cooked to perfection. Seems like they didnt have enough staff. I only saw 2 staff for the whole cafe, but they managed very well.

Not the best experience. The coffee was nice enough, but the cashier was spending so much time flirting with the barista that he forgot about the banana bread I ordered. After being reminded by the barista he chucked it in a box leaving me with burnt rubbery banana bread that tasted awful.

Worst coffee I have ever had in my life, I paid $16 for a iced coffee and a ham and cheese croissant, with only slice of ham cut in half and barely any cheese. My coffee cup wasn’t even full. I always go to another coffee shop but was way too busy to wait so I decided to with a chance to this place but I’m never coming back again. Overprice comparing the prices around the whole shopping center, not even Starbucks is that expensive and the quality is just terrible.

We tried this place for the first time today for breakfast. I had the Beneplus and my wife had the eggs bene. Both were just delicious and perfectly cooked. The coffee was great and the staff were also friendly and efficient. Will be going back for sure.

Absolutely the worst coffee myself and a friend have ever had. Waited 20 minutes for expensive burnt coffee. Barista dismissive of dissatisfaction. Won’t be coming back
