When I got home and had a look at my brows I was really disappointed in the outcome, they were much darker than I wanted and one was slightly higher than the other (with sunglasses on, you can see one eyebrow above the top of my glasses). When I asked to cancel my follow up appointment with plenty of notice I was told they don’t refund the deposit. Disappointing as you can’t book an appointment without a deposit.

The salon was beautiful and the stylist was so professional. She talked me through every step and what to expect and how was in depth about my aftercare to looks after my brows and lashes.

2 weeks later and I the results still look incredible! Thank you so much Elysian Cartel - exactly what I was wanting to achieve and already excited for my next appointment!!!

Beautiful salon and the girls are amazing! I had my brows sculpted initially by Ainsley who was very thorough in checking what I was after before and during the process, and have been going back every 4-5 weeks for maintenance since. I have mostly seen Ainsley but have also had Alyssa and Mariana. All of them have been wonderful and I would highly recommend Elysian Cartel.

I experienced Elysian for the first time and I absolutely loved it. I got the brow lamination and lash lift + tint done all in one by Kristin. Kristin had a chat with me about what exactly I was looking for when it comes to brows and made sure I was happy with what we were going to do. She was very welcoming and helpful with my questions and thoughts, and I am so happy with how my brows and lashes look! The salon itself is so aesthetic and the appointment was relaxing, would definitely recommend for the service as well as the experience.

I had an incredible first experience with Nicole at Elysian Cartel Graceville the other day. I received the Brow Sculpt and Tint service and my brows have never looked better. Ainsley has done an amazing job on my lashes and brows. Honestly couldn’t believe that was my face! So professional and friendly. I get super nervous having anything round my eyes done and I ended up feeling so calm and relaxed through out the appointment and after. I am so happy with the results! Went here for the first time to get the eyebrow sculpt and henna. Before the appointment they sent me a form and asked if I would prefer to have a chattier or quieter/relaxing appointment with the stylist which I thought was a great touch!

I saw Kristin and she made sure to listen to how I like my brows done and nailed them first time. They’re exactly how I wanted them. They also follow up afterwards to check in on how you’re going. Will definitely be making this my regular brow place.
