Lovely old home that has been stylishly restored. Rooms smallish but cleand comfortable. Some longe and balcony areas for reading,etc. Very good self service continental breakfast. Helpful hosts.

We had one night here and were very pleased with the location- close to town, restaurants, pool and walking tracks, cleanliness, hospitality of the owner, and terrific range of services available in the room- toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave. Super comfortable bed, lovely linen, good heating and really everything you could possibly need. Excellent value for money, great continental breakfast provided with gluten free available for coeliacs also ( and I hadn’t advised if this prior to my stay).

We stayed overnight at Ellstanmor so we can start late next morning to Perisher. Alison and George were very nice and considerate hosts who got up early and made us a nice breakfast. They also gave us handy tips of when to visit snowy mountains for families. We were so glad to get to know Alison and her families through our children’s questions. Kids absolutely loved staying there and we shall return the next season if needed.

Very warm and cozy in the middle of winter. Alison and George are very warm, welcoming and friendly hosts. Nothing was a problem. Even though we we’re leaving early in the morning, they laid out breads, spreads, cereals, juices, musilli bars, fruit and more for breakfast. Great location, within walking distance to all you need. Great recommendations for places to eat. We will stay here again when back in Cooma.

Ellstanmor is really a charming B&B for couples that we are really glad we got to experience. We stayed here over an extended weekend over mid June and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The house, the history, the decor, the layout, the central heating, proximity to everything in Cooma, straightforward country breakfast in the morning, driving distance to the snowfields and of all, Alison's sincere hospitality, we like everything about this place. We will certainly be looking to be back here again subject to availability of course. We had everything we needed. If one is looking for accommodation in Cooma, would highly recommend Ellstanmor Country Guest House.
