I’ve been coming to Ella Baché Springfield for just over a year. My technician is Kate. Kate has done miracles with my eyebrows! before Kate I had a very unpleasant experience at a different well known waxing company. Who basically waxed my eyebrows off. Kate at Ella Bache Springfield was able to start a plan of attack to grow my eyebrows back. They have come along way. Some of my brow will probably never grow back from the previous company. But she has taught me techniques on how to fill them in and style my eyebrows. I trust her completely with her advice she never oversell products and I take on all her beauty advice with skin care. Hasn’t lead me astray not once.
I started bringing my 14 year old daughter to her for her waxing as well. She’s so accommodating for my daughter. Even supplied the cuddle pillow my daughter asked for when she gets her legs waxed 😅 my daughter loves her. My daughter now feels so comfortable she attends her own appointments by herself. If you’re looking for beauty advice, facial! Massage or waxing Kate is your girl. I highly recommend her.

First time going there they didn't have the mask they were going to put on my face so they put a sheet mask and charged me $39 for it.I could have bought many sheet mask and done it myself.I sent a email and never got a response spoke to clients I know that go to a different Ella bache's and said they never get a sheet mask and explained what I got they were completely shocked.

Courtney is incredible! I came in over 6 months ago with horrible skin and she listened to all my concerns and was confident she could fix it. Let me tell you she did exactly that, my skin has never been so clear and consistent with its pigment. The talent this women has is amazing I can’t recommend Courtney enough. ❤️❤️

Could not speaking highly enough of the ladies at Ella Bache Springfield, but especially Julie!
I have been seeing Julie for just over a year now for facials every 6 weeks. I work in a very drying environment and my skin has never looked better. I’m constantly complimented on how glowy and hydrated it looks. Julie is very knowledgeable and really listens to my concerns and always offers great advice.
