I had a deluxe pedicure done a few weeks ago. Not sure it's what I what could call deluxe, certainly not comparable to previous deluxe pedicures I have had for the same price. 30 seconds of putting your put awkwardly into a bowl of hot water that doesn't even cover your foot whilst trying to sit/lie comfortably on a little bed is hardly relaxing or purposeful.

On getting home and looking at my feet properly the nail polish application was 2/10. Applied unevenly, really thick patches and then strangely it looks like two different colours were applied. Kind of looked like one of those old pink/purple hypercolour shirts.

The room I was in was cramped and in desperate need of some maintenance/general cleaning. Very uninviting staring up at the ceiling at dirty ceilings and bits of ceiling that needed repair.

The beautician (?) was nice enough but I won't be coming back or recommend to anyone. I will see a deluxe pedicure where I can sit comfortably in a chair with a proper foot spa

The experience was underwhelming to say the least, and yes I have removed the nail polish as it was awful to look at.

I had an eyelash & brow tint. The lady was 10 minutes late and didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t prep my skin and just went straight in. I had eyelash tint covering my eyelids and under eyes. I mentioned my eyes were stinging and burning 3 times and I requested cotton balls to help. She said she didn’t have any cotton balls left and handed me a tissue and stood there staring at me. She didn’t assist with washing my eyes after the tint went into my eye and I was visibly uncomfortable. She didn’t ask if I was ok or if I needed anything. She didn’t check if the burning had settled or open the door to let me out of the studio. Very unaware of the customer and comes across as if she couldn’t have been bothered.

I had a manicure today, and was continuously asked for positive feedback, over and over again. My nails were well cut - and I was invited yet again and again to praise them.

But when I got home and put on my reading-glasses, I realised that I had been taken for a ride, 100%. There was a badly uncut piece in just one nail. When I attempted to remove it, I realised that all of the gels on my nails were easily removable. So I then proceeded to peel all ten of them off. How pathetic!! Then it transpired that all of my nails by were badly done.

Awesome customer service experience. There was some confusion over a gift card issue which they promptly sorted out immediately and were very gracious in doing so. I really really appreciate how they handled everything and everyone I came across during communications were extremely friendly. Also, their lash tech did a stunning job for a natural set of lashes☺️ Thanks again to everyone

Had a facial by Amye today and OMG it was the best facial I have EVER had ( and I have had many facials). Her attention to detail is out of this world. If you are wanting the best facial of your life, see Amye, I promise you, you will walk out feeling like you are walking on a cloud.
