I had a wonderful experience at this cafe! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment with a newspaper . The coffee was rich and flavourful, and chicken for salad was fresh and delicious—especially the sandwich, which was perfectly flaky. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the hotel nearby and was attracted by the lovely stuff at the window. Today I walked in as I needed to catch a ferry and it’s fairly early. To be very honest that I was only expecting average quality food and coffee when I stepped in. However I must leave a 5 star review for this lovely cafe for the great coffee, delicious food and friendly staff.

It’s a lovely place to visit, and a place that makes you feel the love as the owner says ‘coffee crafted with love’ 😊

It was a terrible experience on the new years day.

We went there as everything was closed and was busy as expected.

It took 50mins for our meal to be served wrong and cold.

Its understandable to be busy on new years day and a long wait but we will expect a good meal but the reality was something else. Served wrong order and had to replace again. Ordered avo smash with extra mushroom on side only to be delivered with one piece of mushroom. Our egg benedicts with side of bacon came with cold bread cold bacon and asked for a hot one but they just microwaved it making the spinach more dry. The omelette ordered with cheese was cold and hardened. Basically with 50mins wait and 15% extra public holiday surcharge we would expect a good meal which was nothing expected.

Beautiful cafe with great atmosphere. Awesome coffee and freshly squeezed juice. We had a light breakfast as we were meeting someone for launch. We been all the food as we requested. We will be back.

Liked the look of this place while walking past and felt that was enough to try it out.

On entering we sat down and was greeted with a hello from the staff standing behind the counter. We waited for awhile wondering if they came to us or we went to them. Would have been nice to have had one of them tell us we ordered at the counter. I decided on the Chilli Scrambled Eggs and Frappe with espresso shot. This came to just over $30.

The food arrived in reasonable time. It looked yummy enough although the eggs looked like they'd been squeezed out a tube. I expected the scrambled eggs to be hotter but the food was still ok. The Frappes I know off in Europe don't usually come with a heap of cream on top but I guess it's different everywhere.

Like I said, the staff were very friendly. The place looks nice and well laid out with the usual amenities available. Nice enough food but will most likely try elsewhere next time.

Hi,
Today I visited to Elizabeth cafe and the food was so delicious and the service was really good as well as I ordered smashed avocado and it was very tasty and the presentation was super cool by the chefs.
Thank you very much.
Highly recommended to everyone.

To begin with, the front staff were not friendly or welcoming. The two ladies at the counter need to improve how they greet customers, especially given this cafe's central location serving both locals and tourists.

The smashed avocado was horrible. The avocado layer was extremely thin, the salad tasted stale, and there was no seasoning overall. I paid an extra $5 for smoked salmon but received only a tiny piece. While the food in the photo may look okay, the actual dish and coffee did not taste good at all.

I also noticed another comment by K. Sharma about the smashed avocado dish. It's obvious that the staff staged the photo, it was on a kitchen bench, not even on a cafe table. Stop fooling yourself and customers with the reviews, you should use the effort and time to think about improving food quality and staff training for better service.

A very underwhelming experience. The coffee is a great size, but it took over 10 minutes to make. Kids babychino was great. Breakfast took over 20 minute to come out. The veg big breakfast was probably the smallest big breakfast I've ever had. Half a tomato, 1 flat mushroom, 1 piece of toast, a tablespoon of baked beans, 4 baby spinach leaves a quarter of an avocado and 2 halloumi slices not even 2cm thick and the hashbrown was just all crumbs. Probably won't ever be back.
