I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elite for a holiday, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, but I have to give a special shout-out to Dior. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference in how enjoyable our visit was. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the guests and her work. Overall, the entire team at Elite was fantastic.

Great little gem on the Gold Coast. What a find. We come down from Brisbane on a regular basis and always stay beachside. However, family live inland, so we thought we would try it out. The receptionist on check-in was so lovely. The room was great, and the air con was perfect. King size bed and pillow were perfect, and I am very fussy with that but had a great night's sleep. Car park is not covered by its free and there were plenty to choose from and only a short walk to the hotel. We were the only ones in the pool in the middle of the day Christmas week, which was surprising. My hubby and I are staying 2 weekends in a row, so we'll have another view next week. We will try breakfast next time. Great location, just off the highway so easy to get both north and south. Seriously, it's a great little hotel and reasonable pricing.

Stayed the weekend here and it was great! We will be back. Clean, comfortable and well maintained property. The sports center with complimentary access to hotel guests is an added bonus! Played a good round of mini golf to end the day. We will be back! What a gem of a find. We hope the staff continue to maintain it in the current condition.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower, even the coffee packets were nice. Perfect for a one night stay.

I arrived a little early and asked to drop off my bags, instead I was given a room early which was amazing service. Thank you.

Unfortunately during my early check out the next day I was blamed for disturbing other people in the next room even though I was asleep? Would have been nice for the employees to go into the hallway to actually check where the disturbance was coming from instead of throwing the first stone at the first person they saw that morning.

Dior is fantastic 🙂 she is really nice and friendly.

The breakfast could have more variety, it was the same thing every day. Just pastries and cereal. But besides that, everything was great. I really enjoyed the sports facilities next to the hotel.

We recently stayed at Elite Gold Coast for three nights, and unfortunately, we encountered an issue that significantly affected our stay. The shower screen in our bathroom was leaking, causing water to spread across the toilet area every time we used the shower. This made the bathroom very inconvenient and uncomfortable to use.

We reported the issue to the guest service counter expecting it to be resolved. However, nothing was done, and we had to deal with the problem for the entire duration of our stay.

While the hotel had other positive aspects, the lack of action on this matter was very disappointing. We hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and ensures such issues are addressed promptly in future.

5 stars for Excellent Customer service. Called there needing an urgent room in the middle of night. The lovely indian lady at Reception offered to help us when all other nearby hotels refused to give us room even for few hours.
Price was reasonable looking at location and facilities inside. There was a beautiful pool and golf course but we couldn't enjoy as we were there only for few hours. Staff even offered us to stay few hours longer looking at our situation and they were extremely helpful with lots of luggage we had as well. Rooms had good view and were well maintained and clean.

There was a buffet which was good too. I would definitely go there again.

Lovely hotel, we liked our room, but the receptionist on our check in could be a little bit more friendly and also she could have gave us some informations about the hotel, like about the pools, towels and the spa. Etc.
