I have been here twice now and both times my nails have been shocking. Both times I've had new sets put on and they have only lasted a week before falling off. When I went last week the guy didn't glue the nails on completely and none of my nails have been shaped the way I asked. I got black French tip and they only painted on 1 coat of black polished. Cash payments should have been the first red flag. First set I got costed me $55 and the second time around (about a month later) costed me $75 can't believe the price difference when I had the same thing done both times. Customer service doesn't even exist here

Absolutely awful nail salon, and that's a stretch to call it that. Soo many problems with this place from when we walked in. 3 people swapping and changing doing mine and others nails, no communication between each other for what I asked for. When asked if I want shorter nails, I said yes VERY SMALL amount, they took off half the length! Took WEEKS to grow them. And because I had already asked for almond, they used the nail drill to make them into triangles. Short stumpy triangles. They did the refills and I had to tell then that there was actually no acrylic in the refill part of 2 nails, she rolled her eyes at me! She begrudgingly did them again. At all times there was the 3 of them chopping and changing doing my nails. I asked them to change the shape to round as they were soo short and looked ridiculous and got more attitude, she filed them for 2 seconds and showed me to ask if I was happy with the new shape, there was NO difference, I had to tell them 5 times to keep going, round and almond shape are clearly very different. Then it comes to painting the nails. Again, still 3 people changing to do that to 🤦‍♀️ they did the polished shoved my hands in the UV light to dry. Well now only 1 day later, it's all chipping and peeling off. My cousin was having a pedicure at the same time and left with polish all over the skin on her toes. This place is a joke of a nail salon and the name Elite if the worst of false advertising I've seen in a long time. Waste of time AND money. I went in to get my toe nails painted for my wedding 4 years ago and lost a nail so never went back. I went back in yesterday to get my acrylic nails removed and they sat me down and ripped them off my nails in under 5 minutes leaving my natural nails absolutely destroyed

Had two nails completely fall off 3 days after getting them done as well as many coming loose. Took as little time to do them as they possibly could as all they just wanted to get as many customer done. Didn’t worry about the nail job they were giving each customer. Went back in to ask if they could perhaps fix they nails that had broken and they went on to say that i would have to pay again. When you spend $75 on a set of nails you expect them to at least last longer then 3 days.Overall I would highly recommend you go elsewhere as their service is appalling 0/10

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. From the moment i walked in the women doing my nails was rude. First of all she didn’t glue my nail on correctly causing it to fall off, and when i asked her politely to glue it back on, she proceeded to tell me it would be fine as long as i don’t touch or bend it. I had to really push for her to fix it. I also didn’t get what i wanted at all. I asked for a beautiful chocolate brown french nail, and ended up with nails way longer than i asked for and having my nails looking like they had been just dipped in chocolate. no curve or angle to them whatsoever. i would post photos if i could. the brown french colour was also faded as they didn’t do enough coats so they look like 2-3 week old nails. as well as the brown french was WAY too thick as to what i showed her i wanted. at the end she didn’t even tell me i was finished, just walked off leaving me wondering what was next. i had to ask someone if my nails were finished. i was charged $80 for that. will never be going back

( DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I PAYED $75 for nails a 5 year old could do better) The people that were doing my nails were not very nice and they were being aggressive with my hand( pulling and screaming at me) I showed them the picture thinking I would get something similar, but they made my nails longer than I asked for and a different colour different shape and when I asked for them to make them shorter they refused. I went back there and told them I wasn’t happy. They didn’t even try to do anything about it. WORST PLACE TO GO !!!!

Worst customer experience the man was belittling. Argumentative and rude when I explained I wasn’t happy with my nails during the process as they where all different sizes, shapes, some pointing in different directions as well as my actual nail showing under the places acrylic on top. I pointed this out only to have my hand yanked and told it would be fixed. Also the first nail salon I have ever come across that says he is unable to do a coffin shape on my nails, no one else has ever had an issue. I mentioned this as well as the fact he hadn’t painted them correctly and looked two weeks out grown. He became extremely rude and refused to fix it, I was accused of trying not to pay, which was not the issue, I was happy to do so but simply wanted what I asked for or the issues to be fixed. Which I was told no...It’s a shame it took me to bring another person into your store to inform you of your terrible service for you to only re paint them.
A toddler could of done a better job in the 30 minutes despite me being the only person in the salon. The acrylics where not even filed back correctly just painted so they are thick and bumpy.
Also nothing was sanitised during the process, after using the tools he put them all straight back on the lamp or in the drawer!
Disgusting attitude and poor service don’t waste your money here.
I will be informing everyone to avoid this so called “professional spa”

If there was a negative score I’d give it. No one said hello. Just picked up a hand and started my manicure. At no stage did anyone ask what shape I wanted. When I said I want the sides of my nails straight the woman lost it. Got a man to come over he started when I said I’m after straight sides he cut the end of one nail straight!
My $30 manicure which is basically a paint and file had no massage. When I said do I get a massage they barked $10 so I said ok. Well that seems to start a war. They argued and another woman put cream on my hands about as good as a 5 year old child would. Awful service. Horrible.
