Always a good experience. Caring and understanding reception staff with kind competent doctors makes for keeping on top of any health concerns that you may have. Only issue is the practice is so busy you sometimes have to wait a week or more to get to see your preferred doctor.

I never have an issue with Eli Waters Medical Centre. Children under 18 are bulk billed. You can use the Hot Doc app to book or cancel appointments, which I find so useful instead of waiting on a phone call for reception. They have a mini clinic there for injections and to see the nurse etc.

As we live on road full time it’s often difficult to get in to see a doctor
However, the amazing customer service and professional attention at Eli Waters Medical Centre is first class
Dr Pannu treated both my wife and I for different skin issues which both required surgical procedures, the attention to detail and follow up from the Centre, was outstanding.
