This time around I had a leg compression massage. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally and had a lovely friendly chat to the lady who was setting me up. Everything was explained to me, a drink was offered and I was left to relax. One of my legs wasn't sitting right so when the lady came back to check how I was going it was no trouble for her to pause the treatment and reposition my leg. The building itself is immaculate and clean with very relaxing surroundings. The ladies toilets were the cleanest and best I've ever used! The massage itself was fairly priced, I felt it was great for what I was hoping to achieve and I will be back for more when money and work allow! My only complaint would be that time seems to go too fast when you're in there!! Highly recommend this place, the staff are exceptional, location great and variety of treatments are wonderful.

The moment you walk in the door the staff are inviting and friendly and make you feel at ease. The facilities are amazing and so clean. I had a sauna and float and was very impressed. I have now booked my daughter and I in for a tan. Will definitely be back.

My partner and I tried the couples infrared sauna, and couples float (in the pod) and can I say it was the most relaxing afternoon we have had in a long time. The decor and vibe was beautiful, the place was absolutely stunning you feel relaxed just walking in. Staff member Emma was very informative and professional when showing us around and explaining our evening to us. We will definitely be recommending this place and we will certainly be back to try the other services that are on offer there, the oxygen therapy looks amazing! A must try!

I was delighted with the warm reception on my first visit. The staff happily guided me through the Centre and its services. They are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the equipment works, the processes, and the benefits of each service. They even suggested how to achieve the best results by combining different services.

The Centre is spectacular—large, open areas, very clean, and it's easy to book online. and onsite parking right at the front door. Highly recommended!

My daughter & I both went for a spray tan. My daughter had never had one & was quite nervous. We couldn’t have asked for a better staff member as she was so informative & made us both feel really comfortable & relaxed.
We’ll both be back for another tan before we go to Bali next month.
