We absolutely loved our stay here! We wished we had more time to enjoy it, and will absolutely return if back in Cairns.||The white-themed decor is so calming and soothing. Our room was so cozy! Comfortable bed and very luxe bathroom. ||Lots of great common spaces at this property - restaurant, terrace, pool - all with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was good and opens early. Hotel staff were so nice and accommodating - we especially appreciated that they held our suitcases while we were out on the Great Barrier Reef staying on a boat for a couple of nights.

My husband had cancelled a previous hotel booking as he saw this one and liked the sound of it. I am so glad he did.||We arrived quite late at the hotel.|We were greeted by a very friendly Ziggy on reception who was so helpful carrying our heavy luggage for us. He also gave us some good advice about local amenities and organised storage of some medical freezer blocks for us.||We decided to order room service as we were so tired.|Perfectly cooked food that arrived very promptly.|The room was amazing. Large with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities.||We also used the boardwalk social at the front of the hotel.|Great location looking out onto the Esplanade.|Music on a Sunday which was great.|We ate there on a few occasions. The food was always hot and the portions are large.|The staff are brilliant. We met Nicola and Annbolin and had lovely chats with them both|Thank you ladies for your great service. It was a pleasure to meet you.|On our departure Gayhun who is from South Korea was also extremely helpful.||This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in on our one month tour in Oz. We will definitely book Crystalbrook again and would recommend.||Thanks to all the staff for a great experience.||Kim & Eddie

Great restaurants around the hotel , weekends live music entertainment. |Very helpful staff and good advice for a dinner restaurant. |Value for money. |If I will come back I will be there again.

The jetlag treatment package with Alice was pure rejuvenation bliss! Alice was so lovely and gave the most perfect treatment. I left feeling refreshed and like I was floating on a cloud. Highly recommend! The Australian organic products were beautiful, they felt and smelt amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Beware Breakfast Buffet is NOT included on all bookings 😡 ||We selected Flynn as the location was great, the rooms are ok, nothing special, I guess you pay for the view. We were located in the esplanade tower.||We had 2 rooms, my parent’s room breakfast was included. I was not told upon checkin or at the breakfast buffet each day that I would be charged a whopping $38.90 per day for the breakfast buffet, i was on the list! And marked off every day. The staff there are lovely and dealing with the multitude of different nationalities.||I definitely would have opted to go somewhere else as all I eat is a small fruit bowl and paid for my own coffee. $38.90 per day for a small fruit bowl is excessive! ||To my surprise when I checked out the man at the desk said all you have left to pay is $191 for the breakfast buffet! I questioned it and he just said well I’ll take it out of your holding deposit and email you an invoice! ||I sent 3 emails regarding this matter and no response. ||When I arrived home I receive a marketing email saying “final chance to score a free breaky” is this a joke? Not laughing! ||The bar downstairs give a miss. The staff are lovely but stuffed up our order we were overcharged. Then waited 20 minutes to find a manager to refund, the cocktails were terrible maybe a simple beer and wine might be ok. The pizza not much better. ||Plenty of great restaurants around cairns, as well as hotels and apartments, I would definitely not be going back to this one. Poor management and feel ripped off!

Could not fault it in any way. We loved the stay. Great location on the front of Cairns. Had such a nice urban modern trendy vibe. Cairns has really grown in past few years and the standard of hotels and restaurants is superb. This hotel is well worth a stay.

I booked Muscle Meltdown massage and had Ben as massage therapist. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the massage was amazing. I went for medium strength and asked to target my neck and shoulder pain that I’ve had since early in the year and he did just that. My neck and shoulder practically felt brand new after!

Upon arrival, you are greeted immediately and asked to fill in a iPad for your preferences of the massage (I.e. strength, other health conditions etc). Then they show you the tea room (with complimentary tea) and bathrooms to get changed in robes from an assigned locker. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was clean and bathrooms were very nice. They have a shower as well if you would like to use it. The location is perfect and just on the 2nd floor if you’re staying at the Crystalbrook Flynn. Although price point is definitely on the higher side ($175 for 60mins) I still would recommend.

Eleme at Hotel Flynn in Cairns was a beautiful experience. My treatment with the lovely Alice was just perfect. Great pressure with massage and deep relaxation. The products used for my facial were sublime. My skin feels smooth, nourished and polished. It felt like such a treat to relax with a glass of bubbles after. I highly recommend visiting Eleme Spa at Flynn, you won't be disappointed. Grazie Mille Alice! xx
