Really unhappy with overall service as I was rushed out the door even though I said my nails were not dry. Still not dry hours later. If 3 coats is going on, maybe a fan is ideal.

Use this salon at your peril!!
Not one sterilised piece of equipment ever used
I had a nail infection after my last visit and they still charged me to remove the polish!

Been a customer for years. It runs hot and cold. Either get great service or mediocre. One time paid for pedicure, and literally only got my toe nails painted. Last time, brilliant pedicure. Today, made an appointment and still sitting 40 minutes later. I got up an left. I would prefer to support a local business, but 40 minutes is too long to wait, especially with an appointment.

The worst manicure I've possibly got, only good thing was the massage, the rest was done really superficially, for example dead skin removing, also the nail polish afterwards just slided down from the nails, they replied really quick when I was complaining about the damaged nail polish and booked me for repairing but even the repair wasn't done properly

Staff are very friendly, but the service wasn’t completed. I paid $90 and they didn’t remove my nails sides overgrown cutícula and the polish nail was spotted far from the edges. When I go to the salon I expect higher performance than I could do at home

After having my nails done on Saturday I had to go back on the Tuesday to have 2 of the nails repainted as they were peeling. Then back again on Thursday with 3 more peeling and I asked them to repaint them all and they wanted to charge me another $30.
No way was I paying after just 3 days.
So sorry ELEGANT NAILS !!

This place is amazing, they are friendly as. I had Kym do my nails and my god her attention to detail is fantastic. She checked in to make sure I was happy with the nails multiple times. I have been having nails done for a while and this is the first place with so much attention to detail… will be returning here from now on! Would recommend and they have eftpos coz I never carry cash!!!
