We stayed about five nights! Every day we got new towels and soaps and it was so so clean! And if you wanted new sheets everyday that was an option too! ❤️Spottless! The beds are the best beds I've ever slept on for a motel! ? Beautiful staff and excellent cleaners! Definitely one of the cleanest motels I've ever stayed in. ?

What an absolute oasis! I stayed for 5 nights and although it appeared to be full every night, never heard any noise from other guests. There is no noise from any traffic either. The rooms are spacious and immaculate in presentation. They are fresh and clean and absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this motel to everyone.

I have stayed at the Edward Perry Motel in Tamworth multiple times, and it never disappoints. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering a great range at very reasonable prices. It's truly a gem with that wonderful small-town service that makes you feel at home. I can't recommend this place highly enough – it will always be my first choice whenever I need to stay in Tamworth. Great job running this fantastic motel, guys!

Amazing experience with country hospitality. I booked a room for my husband who was seeing a sick family member and needed to check in late at night after a big day traveling. Michael organised a room, gave detailed instructions about how to get the key late at night and genuinely went above and beyond to help. It made what was a sad trip into one that was memorable and comfortable. The rooms were clean, very little noise and would highly recommend for any other travellers. The Edward Parry Motel is one of those special accomodation choices you should just simply book. The reviews are all accurate. Great position, immaculate modern rooms, very competitive prices, delicious home cooked dinners served to your room, room service breakfast, parking directly in front of your room, single level, smart TV & free WiFi are some of the highlights. But it’s the warm and friendly service provided by the proprietors, Michael & Lisa, that is the standout. I’ll be back.

Warm friendly welcome by Michael, very clean and comfortable room. Limited but fabulous room service menu, we had the scotch fillet steak which was exceptional and cooked to perfection. After travelling for a few weeks it was just like home cooked meal. Well done Michael, you have certainly got the formula right!
