Attention to detail has had us coming back year after year. The units are well-appointed creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Managers Bryan and Rawita are friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all. The grounds are always kept tidy, the firewood stocks are maintained and the pool area is pristine. Full credit to Bryan and Rawita for making Edgewater Terraces a step above the other accommodations in the sleepy hollow of Metung. It takes a lot of work to maintain such a high standard. And yes, we have stayed at other places in Metung, but not since staying here!

We booked a room in the terrace house. It was lovely to wake up and have the sun stream through the windows, birds sing and watch the fog clear. We did not have Water views but we could just see the Metung waterways from the balcony. A lovely place to walk along the boardwalk and watch the seals play.
We also booked the winter wellness package which gave us the opposite to visit the hot springs, nordic sauna in the water at lakes entrance and Metung restore yoga. It was a lovely visit.

Another lovely relaxing holiday at Edgewater Terraces. |The villas have everything you could possibly need, are spotlessly clean and most have beautiful water views. Bryan even makes sure there is plenty of kindling and wood for the cosy wood heater.|Thanks again Bryan & Vita, you made our stay so much better with your friendly welcome and local knowledge with recommendations of things to do in your beautiful part of the world. |We’ll certainly be back again soon.

We have stayed at Edgewater Terraces numerous times over the last few years.
The position and views are outstanding.
The villas are well maintained and spotless with everything you could possibly need for your stay.
Bryan, the property manager, is so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he makes our stay that much more enjoyable. He works tirelessly to keep the property in immaculate order.
We will definitely continue to spend our holidays there.

Located in a very beautiful area with plenty of amazing views. Stayed in a double storey villa with water views. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Bryan was a wonderful host, always trying to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Don't forget to bring along mosquito repellent!

Three couples shared a 4BR over the Labour Day weekend and the accommodation was fine. Very spacious in the living areas and plenty of equipment if you want to eat in. The BBQ was handy as well. ||Ii is a little dated but everything was clean and tidy, bedrooms all a good size and plenty of towels to go around. Centrally located an easy walk into Metung

Wow! Absolutely the best! Get a whole house to yourself, for a cheaper price than most hotel rooms in the area. Very nice, well-maintained, clean and cosy property with washer & dryer, great TV set up. Great quiet location, nice views and a pool as well. Brian always there to answer any question you might have, and make recommendations for the surrounding area. Any time in back at Lakes Entrance area, guess we're I'll be staying.
