This place was not worth the $299 we paid for the night. |The hotel is like a rabbit warren and difficult to navigate when finding your room. |Our room was tiny and the pictures did not reflect its actual size. The fixtures have obviously been updated and the room repainted but, this did little to deflect from the overall dated feel of the hotel. |The walls are very thin and you could clearly hear conversations in neighbouring rooms. The pillows are cheap and from Kmart. The pillow stuffing was compacted and made all of the 4 pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. |Breakfast was acceptable but, of a low standard. We arrived at 9.40am as we wanted a sleep in. There were limited choice remaining we were advised items such as eggs would not be replenished even on an individual basis. |Overall, the price did not reflect our expectations for the establishment. It was clean, the hotel grounds were nice and staff were ok but, we had limited interaction. If the price of the room was around the $150-200 mark, I would have been satisfied with what was on offer (except for the pillows).

We stayed here over the weekend. The room was so clean, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was great. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. And we loved the peaceful surroundings. Very relaxing and we can’t wait to come and stay again.

This hotel is located next to the golf course, as our starting point of Great Ocean Road trip. It's a little dark outside at night as there are no lights along the road into this hotel. The room is big and clean, and the bed is comfortable. Just a bit disappointed with the breakfast, the taste of the food is below average.

We stayed a week ago in the Acacia apartment, which is a modern style accommodation surrounded by beautiful gardens and a ocean nearby. We loved every moment and felt sad to leave. Complimentary buffet breakfast, such a great variety of breads, condiments, bagels, pancakes, cereals, hot delicious food including noodles and rice. Didn't expect such a big spread. Included free parking and speedy internet. There is a gorgeous pool and spa outdoors surrounded by beautiful gardens. Can't wait to go back again! Not forgetting friendly staff.

Hello,

My stay at this location was excellent. Traveling with my family, including an 8-week-old baby, meant I needed the most convenient setup possible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my room and parking spot were ideally situated, making it effortless to transport items between my car and room. Additionally, when I decided to extend my stay at the last minute, the process was seamless and took less than five minutes. The customer service here is exceptional, and the location is fantastic. I’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful overnight resort experience! We needed a child free getaway and this was perfect! So close to Geelong but beautiful setting. With hottub, pool, billiards, breakfast, so much space and much more included it was such a wonderful time. Thanks to the staff. The breakfast this morning far exceeded our expectations! We will be back 😎

We stayed 4 nights and found overall this hotel was great, but a few things missed the mark that would make it fabulous but we’d still go back.
Greats parts: Easy parking, no lining up at elevators and the relaxed vibe we loved having the pool table rec area and shared balcony, as also was the Thai food for dinner and the continental breakfast which as an added bonus had a hot selection. And all staff were amazing!
Also Paul the previous guest in our room logged his details into our TV so we got to watch all his streaming channels. Endless viewing, so generous.

Basically a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and Thai restaurant were both of high quality. My only observation was it needed a bit of a tidy up and some minor maintenance. Otherwise it was not a problem that would stop me returning to it.
