I stayed at Eden for a week in May. I had an amazing time absorbing the classes and experiences on offer. I particularly enjoyed the mindfulness and wellbeing classes such as the sleep class, mediation and the morning bush walks. The staff are fantastic and engaging. You can do as much or as little as you want. A real paradise. I'll be back and I strongly reccomend staying to have a break and reset from the modern world of constant emails, phone calls and messages.

Eden, a truly magical, wholistic place for healing, rejuvenation, quiet reflections and the perfect place to be your true self.

I have been going to Eden for many years (since 1990’s) and during this time not only have I made changes, but so has Eden.

Eden is a place for all ages. I plan on sending my 16 year old son with my 18 year old son soon. (U18 can attend with an adult only). I’ve met people of all ages (even those in their late 80’s). Note: Eden is not presently able to accommodate those in wheelchairs).

The accommodation is amazing (and I’ve stayed in all of them except for the newly built which I’ve been told is spectacular).

The food … well if I could bring the kitchen and team home with me I would … it is truly scrumptious.

The people who work at Eden, who live and breathe Eden, are beautiful souls.

The environment is stunning! Truly stunning! You are nestled in the gorgeous hinterland just a short drive from the Gold Coast airport. There is amazing bird life and wild life and the views are mind blowing!

The walking trails are endless and the activities are fantastic.

The Spa Treatments … well what does one say to this? From acupuncture to all forms of inner and outer healing are the best. There is something to suit everyone’s needs.

Make the choice to experience Eden … you won’t regret it and you’ll want to go back for more!

My stay at Eden Health Retreat far exceeded my expectations - it was awesome! All the treatments and activities complimented each other and I learnt so much. There are so many things I will take away from Eden to help change my life; functional breathing and brain changing movement to name just two. The highlight for me was my Aloha healing massage with Rachelle. It is hard to describe this beautiful experience but I left feeling absolute love and peace. All the people at Eden were so beautiful and the food was incredible! All of this in a stunning, peaceful environment. Highly recommended.

This year would be my second visit to Eden Health Retreat and I've already booked my third visit in 2025. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The food, the staff, the accommodation, the activities and the environment are incredible. I have taken away so many wonderful experiences from my time there as well as knowledge about my health and wellbeing that I have implemented into my daily life. I couldn't recommend Eden highly enough.

From a mans perspective I was concerned that Eden wouldn't be something I'd enjoy, yoga, "healthy stuff", etc. Man was I surprised.

From. Food perspective I never went hungry with huge portions and multiple meals. Heaps to do all the time, or the choice to do nothing at all. Amazing facilities, steam room, sauna, heated spa, pool, games room, full gym, tennis court, basketball, you name it and if they dont have exactly what you need they can get it for you.

Amazingly comfortable rooms.
Ridiculously stunning views.

Such an amazing retreat, the staff are wonderfully caring and considerate and genuinely engaged in giving you the best experience possible, the facilities are exceptional, I loved the new fresh water stream rock pool and hot sauna and cold ice bath and infinity pool, the food is of exceptional quality and variety and presented at Masterchef level and the program of daily activities and spa therapies is incredibly comprehensive and thoroughly enjoyable. I had a very therapeutic and rejuvenating week, and am looking forward to returning.
