This place was great to stay in. Easy to access with good instructions. I phoned in advance as we were having a girls' catch-up time and arrived on a Sunday when the office was not visibly attended. In walking distance of what was needed. Clean rooms. Pool available to cool in and relax.

Centrally located close to shops and eateries. Rooms were very spacious and clean with very good amenities. Bathroom was large with a big spa bath and a shower over it, fully enclosed. Would be quite difficult for some guests to get into. Great for staying a week with a good sized fridge, dining table and balcony.

Loved the place! Clean, comfortable bed, well located on the Esplanade, friendly staff and even has an occasional visiting Kookaburra!! Would stay there again.

The location is great, with lots of eating options nearby. Very clean, quiet. Make sure you read the descriptions of your room choice carefully - the studio rooms have no outside windows at all, making it dark. Mine had no microwave nor laundry facility.

Prefect location to restaurant and shops. Stayed at room 210 was absolutely amazing. Smelt so clean when we arrived and was spotless. All modern facilities, and love the beach vibe. Nice selection of kids toys, and nice big flat screen tv would say it’s at least 65cm was great to watch movies on. Spa bath in one of the bathrooms which was so nice to relax in. Privacy shutters on the balcony was nice to have our own privacy. Prefect view of the pool. Love the washing machine and dryer was nice to not have to take my washing home I could do it why I stayed. Would highly recommend and will be staying again.

Location is excellent - faces the beautiful esplanade and has a variety of shops, restaurants, etc next door. The room was well-equipped, spacious, and clean. The only negative is having to wash dishes and take out rubbish. That's what cleaning staff should do!

Yes I loved this place. Bus stop very close by. Ideal for "rail bus" if leaving by tilt train. The very nice manager even did my booking for me on tilt trainer journey back to Brisbane. Thank you so much. And I enjoyed our chats. |I will be back one day.

I had a quick business trip and relied on word of mouth to book this accommodation. I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of the accommodation, but even more so, with the exceptional customer service I received from the lovely Kimberly at the front desk. Nothing was too much for her. Will make this my go-to for stays in Hervey Bay!
