Really great stay. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Great parking. Good check-in options, easy check out and friendly staff. Nice and close to the city. Fantastic value - its no different than any other motel that you would pay a higher price for. I will return.

Great value for money. Front rooms can be quite noisy (waking my baby through the night) and walls need a good clean (quite a lot of dark scuff marks) but everything else was great. ||Beds & pillows were comfortable, decent size fridge, nice warm shower. That’s all we needed.

We stayed overnight and was pleasantly surprised as it was value for money. We had decided to have the cheapest room and had all the amenities we needed. Even a freezer with the bar frig. A couple who booked a middle valued room had the same amenities as us. Only difference was a much bigger space and two large windows, whereas we had a small window. The young man who looked Indian, was so helpful as he carried all our gear down to our car.

It was a centralised location for my work trip. It was adequate and clean for the few hours I spent their daily. ||||Ample room with clean facilities, shower was huge and provides very hot water. Coffee and Tea provided with small milks also. Some markings around the room but it was still clean and refreshed. ||||Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Blinds make it almost completely black in the room at night without internal lights on which I enjoy. ||||Staff are friendly and helpful. I will return to stay each visit for work and see what other hidden gems of the city they will advise me to see.||||I didn't expect a 5 star luxury hotel for the budget pricing, It is a 5 star rating hotel offering though and worth staying.

Most disgusting, filthy and dangerous place I’ve ever stayed and the staff was simply rude to me. I booked 3 days and as soon as I arrived I decided to cancel the rest of the stay because of how unsafe I felt with people smoking and hanging around the entrance. I’m so glad I did because it got worse through the night with the smell of marijuana and someone banging on someone’s door demanding to be let inside. My feet would become dirty as soon as I took off my shoes as you can see from the picture and my partner became sick. It wasn’t cheap either, after cancelling this booking I stayed at a very nice hotel for the same price in the city with a balcony and the feeling of safety, security and lovely staff. Please do not stay here.

The room was easy to access, the bed comfortable, room clean, decent size and nice. Shower is good.||Close to bus stops, walking distance to Norwood Parade or the City.||Free Car parking on-site, always a plus.||The receptionist was really great and helpful, which makes that stay all the better.

Budget rooms. Lovely staff, but I had to check in over the road. Car parking busy. Rooms had what I needed. The location is great if accessing the city or fringe.
Comfortable bed. Free wifi. Carpet was disgusting.

My partner and I booked this hotel under the impression the photos online would match the rooms in real life. We were wrong, rooms were completely different, dirty and bed was not made. Sheets had holes in them and stains on them and carpet. Dirty bathroom and very outdated. We requested another room and the man on front desk was happy to help. We moved rooms and it was worse, it smelt like cigarettes and it was just as dirty. We went to the front desk and returned key saying we had booked somewhere else, the man responded saying he understands and we can get a refund through booking.com. Seems as though he gets this a lot, will not be coming back and do not recommend. Definitely a 1 star hotel, (also does not feel safe)
