So professional. Felt completely safe and welcome in your space Bee. Bee took the time to understand what I liked about my brows and how I would like to improve them. She gave me the brows I was meant to have! I don't wear a lot of makeup - my new brows are sharp but subtle, striking but not "you've just had your brows done". Thank you Bee. Can’t talk highly enough of Hannah and Eco Beauty’s customer service! I had my skin assessment appointment today and was amazed by how professional and thorough the service was. I had an amazing first experience at Eco Beauty Lounge for a Brazilian with Sandria. The facility is immaculate, bright, and filled with a lovely fragrance that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Sandria was absolutely wonderful; she used a sugar wax that was almost painless and worked quickly and expertly. Her warm, cheerful, and professional demeanor put me at ease throughout the process. I’m so impressed with the service that I’ve already booked my next appointment with her. Highly recommend!
