While the location is terrific Unit 2 needs some attention. We have stayed for a number of years, always promised they will take on feedback and improve the unit. We are not asking for amazing just clean and in working order. We stay here as family also stay in the building (their apartment is much nicer). You would be shocked at the difference.
What we have dealt with on arrival since staying here:
1. Broken fridge, leaking all over floor (replaced after two years)
2. Dirty sheets- dirt and blood stained. Emergency clean given
3. Dryer that doesn't work- still doesn't
4. Dirty towels piled in doorway on arrival. No clean towels or bathroom ammenities for guests.
5. No toilet paper.
6. Old carpet left in a pile in bedroom.
7. Bathroom door that doesn't close properly. They have now 'shaved it down' and taped is together.
8. Very dirty doors, windows
9. Dirty mouldy blinds

I have finally decided to write this as I have mentioned all these things to Pacific Coast and while they apologise it doesn't seem to get better. I have been patient and even requested another apartment during the time period.
It's a hard decision to rebook or not as it's quality family time however we are paying top dollars for an apartment that is not improving. As I said I'm not looking for flashy, just clean and everything working! Attached are some photos from todays arrival.

UNIT 3: Perfect! Apartment is well maintained with modern decor, very comfortable and excellent location. This is our 2nd holiday in this unit. Kitchen is relatively new, bedrooms are super comfy, and includes books, toys for kids and everything you could need for a very relaxing holiday. Beach & Cafe across the road. Stroll to shops and excellent views from the balcony

UNIT 25
Great location but terrible apartment. Advertised stove. It was only a 2 ring ceramic hot top. Complained to agent who although said they didn’t advertise it had an oven they later changed listing to stove top. Advertised a BBQ. So rusty it must have been found on a scab pile. We then tried to use an electric grill that was in a draw and this also wouldn’t work. Very annoying to have so many things not working. Of the 4 plastic chairs on the veranda, 2 couldn’t be used true to being so old and chalky that they marked any clothing. Washing machine was hit and miss and would stop between the wash and rinse cycle due to agitator not spinning with the drum. Vertical blinds badly broken and afternoon sun very blinding in living room

Room was very ordinary, blinds, door hinge broken, stove grill didn't close properly, bathroom shower head broken, heater had no controls, broken electrical outlet in bathroom some tiles broken in shower area. Wouldn't recommend to stay. Rang 11 times to complain about the issues n took 6 days to respond lucky to give one star

i guess it depends on the apartment but the apartment i stayed at was a bit dated however the view was unbeatable as well as the distance to main beach. the apartment was perfect for what i was after and worked well

UNIT 6 - terrible apartment, very out dated, looked nothing like the pictures, felt and looked dirty, windows grimy, vertical blinds dirty and broken, dirty spots on table cloth on the table, dark and dirty entrance wall, floor mat stained, toilet flush button broken, rang agent to complain, told can't refund, took keys back, told agent how disappointed I was, went and stayed at beautiful "Beaches ", lost money but learnt a lesson

Best place for a vacation, can't get enough of the views. Strongly recommend this apartment.
