The staff here are phenomenal. Always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and the view out the window was really nice too. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioner worked really well (but it did have the habit of turning itself off). I would absolutely stay here again.

My only quibbles; for some reason when the room was made up they left my cold cup of tea from the morning sitting on the bench and didn't replace it with a clean cup. The shower is terrible, it's all form and no function. There is no shower door or screen, while the shower has pretty good pressure, it's just straight down so only a small part of you can be under water at any one time, and because there's no screen it means you spend most of the shower being cold. Also there's a frosted glass panel between the shower and the rest of the hotel room, so if someone turns the bathroom light on during the night it lights up the whole room. It's also not as private as some would want it to be.

However everything else about this hotel is great. The location is excellent with lots of dining options right by, and easy access to many areas.

Awesome venue for live music. Great atmosphere, sound / acoustics is amazing. BIG shout out to the various security team members who were SUPER friendly before and after the gig.

Came for lunch with friends and had a great meal with excellent service. The Korean tataki was delicious, nice and tangy. The Eton mess was a great end to the meal and the Persian fairy floss was an exceptional flavour to round it out.
Second visit and we will definitely be back again

The food was lovely. However my husband phoned to book four days out and was told there was no availability yet the restaurant was literally empty. We ate in the beer garden. Everyone around us table service and we had to get ours ourselves from the bistro. I am vision impaired and use a white cane there is no tactile on the ground to warn of a road when leaving. Had I not had my husband with me I would have walked straight into the road in front of a car.

The restaurant is very welcoming and well laid out and so the facility is neat, tidy and well looked after. However, I have eaten at the restaurant twice now and both times my food was served semi-cold. It made for a bit of an unpleasant experience as the dinners were the main reason for visiting. Even though I like the place, the fact that I weren't served nice warm meals is enough reason to stay away.

Experienced the restaurant and found it to be a good standard.

Enjoyed an excellent Asian Influenced Oyster serving. It's worth a try if you like oysters.

My Tasmanian Lamb Cutlets were well cooked to my liking. The meat was tender and flavoursome.

Overall, it's a good place to eat with a very extensive menu.

I would happily return.

Had a fantastic dining experience at the Eatons Hill Hotel restaurant. The cool air conditioning made the atmosphere comfortable, and the steak was cooked to perfection—medium rare, just as I like it. The oysters and tuna were fresh and absolutely on point, showcasing excellent quality. The table was sturdy and well-suited for a relaxing meal. I appreciated the convenience of ordering directly from the QR code—easy and efficient.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend for a solid meal in a comfortable setting

I arranged to meet a friend today just to have some Xmas pudding as we do every year, the restaurant was quite busy, but I turned up just after 3pm and we told no closed, a security man saw us at the door asked if we need help, we explained how upset we were (really looking forward to their pudding) and suggested we try the gaming room, glad he did. The gentleman and lady were so nice who were working in there. The lady who was there went above and beyond, next minute my friend and I are sitting enjoying our pudding in the restaurant, both the people in the gaming room and the security guard gave excellent service, the gentleman at the door who first met us could gain from some training in customer service.
