Bought a ham cheese avo and salad sandwich that had no ham cheese or avocado on it

Edit: just happened to throw it in a bucket in my car so still have it. Opened it when i got to work and had to start my shift so could not return.

Nice of you to deflect criticism instead of taking it on board. Terrible customer service.

You ask me to add photos of the awful sandwich you made me after you accused me of lying and then deleting your reply

Edit: so dissappointed. I came here because of online reviews. I was clearly ripped off and told I was a liar because i didnt get what I ordered. No apology, no recognition that you stuffed up the order. As other sandwich places in the area have changed hands and declined, i was looking for a new place as i buy a sandwich most days when im at work.
All you can do is blame me for the poor quality of your food and service. Its obvious as most of the reviews Ive read mention you by name and the fake reviews on the wall in the shop that the reviews are fake, made by friends and family or by yourself.

An aknowledgement of your mistake us the leastvyou could do. No second chances and I tell my collegues of my experience.

Well presented caffe with lots of memorabilia - adequate seating & facilities for hot food. Pleasant service from the crew there. The coffee is nice there you can sit inside or outside. There is air conditioning for the hotter months. There is also 3x car spaces out the front of the property if you are driving. A nice place is the eat me caffe!

Beautiful Bacon and Egg Rolls, Heaps of Bacon an 2 Eggs, The Roast Rolls are Delicious, Rissole and Gravy Rolls are Great to, been stopping in now for over a year an by far the best takeaway on the Gold Coast, Friendly Staff, Super Quick Service, Highly Recommend stopping in, I Always stop in there when I can it’s well worth the stop for breakfast or lunch

Usually these guys are good, however, got a hamburger last week that was completely pink and raw in the middle, had to chuck it out, too risky to eat . Please check your food

Massive bacon and egg rolls - you will be satisfied! We stayed overnight in the big4 on our way back from holiday and they accepted phone orders ahead of time (allowed us to pack up our camper trailer and simply drop by and pickup on our way out). Easy parking out front, friendly staff, great and plentiful food
