Cannot fault the location close enough to everything but quiet enough street, unfortunately that's the only positive we had. Sheets were stained and carpet needs replacing. We had no hot water, milk supplied was over a month expired, noisy with thin walls any noise in the wall way is easily heard. |We were there multiple nights, no fresh towels were supplied or daily room cleaning (or fresh milk). |Overall appeared very run down with little to no care for the motel part of the business.

Booked this hotel room for two nights whilst spontaneous decision to travel to Geelong
The website on booking com appeared to be reasonable for the cost per night
Booked for two nights. Couldn’t get parking
Couldn’t open the door with key
There was no hot water
The room was definitely not splendid
It was dirty, reported it to manger of the accomodation stating the room was not up to standard as per on website
Told him to cancel booking for next night
Couldn’t sleep in bed mattress as hard as a block of wood
Reported it to booking com
They gave me 37 dollar credit from a 400 dollar cost
I rate booking com disgraceful and unsupported
I booked accommodation at another place for the next night which was more than comfortable

Disgusted with both booking com and eastern sands motel
The reviews provided in previous are not factual

Hi this is a great place to stay Reception very friendly and helpful our room was been booked upstairs , asked if was possible to get one downstairs Ali was so helpful and friendly he change our room on our arrival. Also the lady Cleaner very helpful and kind
If your staying in Geelong I recommend this motel 100 % also only 5 minutes walk to beach and shops thank you very much to all the Southern Eastern motel staff 👍👍👍

Our Room had great view of Huge Ferris Wheel and out to Ocean.
Receptionist Ali was more than helpful, see you again next trip on the Motorcycle 🏍

Filthy. Chairs have something sticky on them? Bedside lights broken, black hair in bathroom on floor and wall. Bedlinen looked like it had been slept in. Mirror covered in filthy children's hand prints and young children yelling and causing a racket while parents are in the restaurant at 1045. Adults loudly talking at 11pm. Called reception no answer. No one called me back. This hotel is not worth $50 a night. I could probably find a backpackers better than this place. Not happy 😒

Where do you begin. Arrived within advertised office hours to find all closed up. Rang 3 times before they allowed us to leave bags in office.
Came back 3:30 - office locked again. Once again called. Room itself very basic - carpet stained; towels above toilet, very easily fall in; light entrance hall shorting when turned on; fan not working in bathroom; fantastic only 1 light and 1 heat lamps working. To top it all off no milk in fridge. When rang reception was suppliers fault they didn’t have any milk. Couldn’t put milk in a little jug and supply customers. Restaurant didn’t open on a Saturday night!!!!
Office not open when we checked out to even alert owners of electrical issues.

DISGUSTING don’t waste your money. You will be ripped off. I stayed on a weekday and was charged Saturday rates. They only supplied 3 long life milks in the fridge which had EXPIRED 5 MONTHS ago so my coffee looked like scrambled eggs. The worn out carpets looked like someone had thrown Coffee all over it.
I don’t think the room had been cleaned as rubbish was in the bin and the floors were grubby.

Never ever book this place! We booked very last minute (day of the booking!) and when we arrived the room absolutely stunk heavily of cigarettes. I got an instant headache. Also the floor had very big stains on the carpet that made it look liek a murder scene. We walked straight back out. Have been trying to get our money back but they wont give it back to me. worst place ever do not stay here!
