A beautiful, peaceful and relaxing environment. Lovely staff and I’m always extremely happy with my lashes by both Shayna and Courtney. I’ve had one massage so far and will be going back for more, for sure. It was wonderful and Georgia made me feel at ease. Looking forward to many more visits!

Georgia is phenomenal! She is super knowledgeable with skin and she has magic hands! Her facials are something you have to experience. And she’s a brow pro!

Courtney is also fantastic at lashes! She’s only just started out as a junior lash tech, but she done amazing work. She takes such care with her work and you wouldn’t believe she only just started out.

I booked for the first time today as I’m going overseas tomorrow. When I got there they got the dates wrong and I wasn’t even booked in, I waited half an hr for them to sort it as the lady asked just to be told they couldn’t do my lashes. Wont ever come back. Edited.. Can’t believe the below response from the business! I kindly told Courtney your lash tech very politely that is was ok it was not her fault, as I had to go on a plane the next day and a busy day I could not make the next day appointment! I was not offered an appointment that day at all!!! And I never swore or spoke to rude to the lash tech whatsoever!!! So lying about customers when you don’t like they’re honest review shows the business and person you are: maybe the owner/ lady who massed up the appointment could have contacted me herself and apologise and offer a discount I think that’s good customer service. Hand no not having lashes didn’t ruin my holiday nir I didn’t have a nice first experience and since u want to lie about ur customers il make sure to put up more bad reviews on other sites.

I have been to Earthside Collective a few times now, no matter what service I am there for Georgia makes me feel completely relaxed, she is friendly and knowledgeable.
She has helped with all of my skin prep in the lead up to my wedding and my skin feels wonderful.
