I will not be returning to this doctor ever and highly suggest no young person does either.

I booked my own appointment on my own account as a 17 year old legit a couple weeks off turning 18. They proceeded to then send me an under 16 parent consent form and resend it many times before my appointment as i was ignoring it because well. I was over 16. They then reached out to my mother about my appointment

Anyways. I went to my appointment and asked them in person “hey can you take my mothers contacts off my account im 17” got a oh thats weird it shouldve been removed when you turned 16 all sorted.
A few days later my mother gets a call saying how i need to be booked in for tests and such. My mother cut them off and said shes over 16 i have no access to her accounts you need to contact her and gave them my number.

It’s now been just under a month im now 18 Today drayton medical reached out to my mother about MY results.

This breaks many patient confidentiality laws this isnt ok. Ive called many times and asked for my details to be mine and mine only. Shes tried to get them changed and still no action has been made by them. It’s quite disgusting if you ask me.

i was unable to book in with my regular GP and instead booked with Dr Rani. At this appointment she denied my health concerns and instead proceeded to put me on antidepressants and didn't listen to me. As a result, my health deteriorated significantly and i began having serious seizures (Which i was hospitalised for). I do not recommend booking with this doctor

Today I went at Dayton medical centre to checkup my husband with dr. Anupam Kumar but he did not know how nicely talk with patient he is very rude because we went their with our problem but he don’t care about it he just showing his attitude I had worst experience today because doctors talk very nicely politely but he is totally opposite I don’t know why he showing his too much attitude this was my worst experience 😫

Don't like leaving negative reviews but unfortunately has to be done. If you want to be laughed at and dismissed, this is the place to go. Went here for ongoing malaise, nausea, cough, sore throat and chest pain. Dr didn't even listen to my chest or ask any questions. Just said I'm completely fine. 2 weeks later and I've been diagnosed with a bacterial chest infection with possible pneumonia by a different Dr at a different clinic that actually took the time to ask questions and gave me antibiotics and swabs. Thanks for nothing Drayton Medical. Hope this place gets investigated for Medicare fraud, constantly seeing patients for 1-2 minutes without actually treating them.

The Dr I have seen today has spent literally 30 seconds on my 5 months old baby's appointment. Neither asked any history nor provided any instructions properly 😕

The staff are exceptional and I feel unbelievably welcome when I'm there.
The receptionists are always happy to see me and talk through any issues, they properly follow their work guidelines and morals and that is something I value.
The doctors and incredibly patient and I recommend Drayton Medical Centre to all my friends and family. It's in a great location with a shopping centre basically next door. As a cute addition they sometimes hand out lollipops which I always enjoy 🙂

Giving 5 stars for Dr Hasan Pirzada. He is always very friendly and kind and definitely makes you feel comfortable as a patient. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a new Dr.
