I recently visited your massage centre with my son, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing—mainly due to the behaviour of the receptionist.

We were taken to separate rooms for our massages. While the massage itself was average and not entirely satisfactory, I was still willing to let that go. However, during my session, the massage therapist asked if I wanted "crimping." I clearly stated that I was not interested in paying extra and would only accept it if it was included in the massage. The therapist then left to speak with the receptionist and came back to tell me it would be an extra $30. I declined.

A few minutes later, I heard them offering the same to my son. I again made it clear that I would not pay any extra charges. The receptionist then came into my room and began arguing with me, stating she would do it for free for my son. I asked her to let me finish my massage peacefully.

At the time of payment, she tried to charge through my health insurance card, which was not working. I asked for a moment to check, but she continued to argue and even raised her voice in front of other clients and staff. Her behaviour was unprofessional and made the entire experience very unpleasant.

Even your staff seemed uncomfortable with her actions, which speaks volumes. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that other customers don’t face similar treatment in the future.

Dragon massage Cranebrooke village. Excellent massage very professional ladies working here. Had a 1hour massage and felt very relaxed afterwards. Very respectful and friendly staff also reasonably priced.

I wish I didn't have to leave this review because I'm not one to complain but this was a truly a bad experience. My partner and I went in for neck, back and shoulders. We had no back pain or problems just looking for a standard massage. I had a woman and he had a male. Both were so incredibly rough, our massages were painful and an hour later our backs are still tight, stiff and sore. My lady did a deep massage over the same knot for several minutes which was very painful causing the rest of my back to tense and knot up. Neither of them worked us slowly into it they just begun grinding the tips of their elbows down into our backs only on our knots. We have gotten massages many times even therapeutic ones to relieve knots but nothing has ever felt like this experience. My lady was using the bones in my shoulder blade to break up my knot which caused a shot of pain down my left arm which is still aching as I type this. Something went seriously wrong massages always make us feel relaxed even if they get rid of our knots. Worst of all my boyfriends guy didn't even start 10 minutes after my lady did and yet we both finished at the same time. So we both paid for 30mins and he got 20. They were very busy so I think they were just rushing. I will definitely have bruises tomorrow.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us today at two different establishments.
Called Dragon Touch just before 12.00noon to see if there was any availability this afternoon. Was impressed when friendly gentlemen offered a 12.30 appointment for 1 hour massage and foot reflexology for two people he confirmed my name and contact number. We went and got our cash out and arrived well in time at 12.25pm. First thing lady at desk asks us is Did you just ring a little while ago? We answered yes and then she says, sorry, we take other people that just walked in as I think it was you.
I asked her how could you mix it up if you have my name and number. Did you ask them if they had an appointment and she said no sorry I didn’t, I mix up..
Mmmmm well I’m sorry that I take away my $300.00 today and any future $300.00 and spread the word with my local work, family and friends not to bother wasting your time with this business..

As mentioned this is the 2nd time today this has happened to us at two different locations, Both took “walk ins” in front of us knowing full well they had appointments already scheduled… they hope you’ll just reschedule and come back,
My opinion it’s greed over service, costly mistake, though, for them not me.

If you choose to go there Don’t ever bother making an appointment!

I am a seasoned massage lover and certified in remedial massage myself so not easy to please with the run of the mill shopping centre massage places, but can hands down say Adam is amazing! He knows exactly what he's doing and how to get all the knots out. Went to him with a pulled muscle deep in my back somewhere and after and hour with Adam, feel like I could do yoga right now. Very happy and would give 10 stars if I could.

These guys are fantastic. Came here when I was pregnant and they were so accommodating, friendly and skilled. Returned with my friend and 15 month old baby and the ladies here happily swept my bub up and amused him for an hour while I got a fantastic massage. Beyond love these guys here, the massages are great, always a great pressure and the environment is comforting and calm. Prices are ridiculously reasonable and the service here is just the absolute best. They are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. My friend hasn't stopped raving about them either!
Absolutely love these guys, can not recommend highly enough!

I’ve had many terrible massages at other locations and I usually don’t complain afterwards, but this was appalling. I asked if I could come in for a neck, back, shoulder for 60 mins at 12pm today. The guy asked if I could do 12:30 instead but I said I couldn’t and said I would leave it. He then persisted that I come in at 12, so I did.

I came in and he started the massage as per usual, with the towel over me. I’m thinking, like when’s he going to use the oil? Because time feels like it’s taking forever. The massage was also barely a massage, I wouldn’t even call it that. He aggressively just rocked me back and forth like a rolling pin and poked me quickly in different places ( not the usual poking you’d get in a massage, I mean ACTUALLY just a quick poke ). My 5 year old could’ve done that for me. Half way through he left to do acupuncture on another client and I got a different Male in to complete it. He was great, I wasn’t complaining, but still, only over the towel. I have never had that before. Every single other time I’ve ever gone in for a massage, even at this location, it involved oil after the first say, 10 mins?

I then had to cough up $90 for it. I’m appauled and actually feel robbed of my money. If I knew that’s what I was getting I would’ve done as I said in the beginning and left it.
