We rang our order through,& they said it would be ready in 15 min. Got down there 2-3 min early & just waited inside the door. Our meal was ready on time,everything we ordered was there & nice & hot. Congratulations to management & staff,job well done.

Couldn’t be more disgusted in my life, I just received a delivered order from dominoes Emerton. The box was crushed and all the toppings and idk how much oil stuck to the top. Husband contacted the store explaining that the box’s look like it was sat on. They finally agreed on making the order again after arguing about

The driver didn’t take the old pizza back, which was requested over the phone,.
I got my replacement and I received the pizza all folded, toppings not even spread out. (last photo)

The past few times the pizzas have been missing toppings. This time it arrived as a mess.

Dominos Emerton have upped their game. I finally tried them again after the Ropes Crossing store had three consecutive orders made wrong.

Pizza is made better, more cheese than other stores, pizzas are delivered hot to my door by drivers that actually care.

Davinder never actually delivers the pizza. Instead he sits in his car on the road and calls you do come out. This time I ignored the call and he came to the gate and yelled my name. Is it really that hard to deliver pizza to someone's door? One job -deliver pizza to the door and he still can't do it. Utterly pathetic!

Yet again, the delivery guy was unable to find the house at the end of the drive way.

Pizza lacked toppings, was undercooked and not Edible.

Food Was good but for the second time within a few weeks they forget to deliver the garlic bread. First time driver said I'll bring one back never did.This time he gives me $4 but there is a reason we order items to receive them.If the delivery drivers can't do a simple job and read the docket properly then why are they still employed.
Terrible service there is a reason this shop has a 3 star rating.

I ordered online and started to head down to the Emerton store as going I get a notification clearly stating it’s ready I get there the store is shut completely? I get out the car and a worker is there ask me if I was there for an order which wasn’t mine then stated I ordered when their system was down ? Anther person comes out and says the exact thing and I showed him the emails and site it had been accepted and not rejected. Please tell me how someone else arrives at the same time to get an order and it’s there but mine isn’t ? I have been a manger in fast food and your store wasn’t shut for anther hour when I ordered if you close early don’t confirm the order simple or give the customer a call let them know , I was told I would get a refund and over 4 weeks now and nothing I have rang the store multiple times and you say the same thing? I haven’t reviewed my order so a refund should be expected, I hate to be a person to write reviews but 4 weeks no refund ? No call about the inconvenience or a follow up ? Unprofessional,- nischel had come out who I thought was a manger but had also expressed there was no manger on shift … I had explained I can’t get refunded if the order was accepted and said I received it but clearly haven’t . It was a pick up delivery so I drove out there all I want is a refund or to be contacted about this order .

Absolutely love the local store. Time and again they have proven to be the best. Minor error with todays order but the young man resolved it very quickly. Excellent service, great specials and delicious pizza. Have seen a major service and quality uplift by this store this year. Thanks guys, keep it up!. Appreciate it.
