Self check-in on the weekend worked great. We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom apartment. It is very spacious, with comfortable beds. It cost $50 in a mini bus taxi from the airport.
Coles is across the road, however there was not enough kitchen equipment available for cooking dinner for a family of 4. We should have checked it out before deciding what to cook! No large pot, so we had to boil pasta in 3 goes.
On the surface this place is clean however it needs a really good deep clean. The carpets had a lot of dust around the edges and doorways, as did the bathrooms. There was also a lot of hair and debris left in the shower and bathtub from previous guests so we had to rinse it all out before bathing our kids. The laundry needs a really good clean. The lint catcher in the dryer was full and the detergent drawer in the washing machine was really gross.
Overall, I would still stay here again as it was good value, comfortable and in a great location.

Really happy with the after hours staff assistance. But the ID requirement was an issue as this is not requested immediately after booking and when we arrived there were no staff to view ID. We had to park down the road while ID was received by them. Something that could have been sent days before but wasn't because we didn't know. Other than this and some early morning noise was a lovely stay in a well appointed room that was clean. Will stay here again as price was not much more than the Kingsford River Inn yet it is so much nicer and better appointed.

This was the second time I have stayed here. The first time a few years ago was fine and the location is good so we rebooked. I was hesitant after reading some more recent reviews but booked anyway. The communication is super helpful and responsive and the check in is very straight forward which I appreciate. However, I could not get out of there fast enough. The unit smelt like a mixture of cigarettes and air freshener. The sofa and carpets were absolutely visibly filthy. The kitchen was clean and well equipped but the rest of the 3bedroom unit was disgusting. The tiles looked like they had never been mopped and when wiped were black. The main bathroom was so mouldy in the silicon etc and the ensuite stunk of mould as the roof was covered. There were hair balls in the bathroom. The cleanliness and hygiene seriously needs to be reviewed and I would never stay here or recommend staying here.

We spent our last night in Brisbane at Domain Ascot. Thinking it would be upmarket after living in the area for 24 yrs. we were wrong. It was so bad. Firstly we were in the garage unable to find the ode to enter the lift. We had received a SMS with a contact pho no as there was no-one at Reception. No. was a digit short. Another member of family sorted it from outside car park. The unit was pokey, dirty and carpet and couch were stained. The TV did not work as the batteries in the controller were corroded. Very small bedrooms and whole apartment was very much outdated in m any ways. Along the edges of the floor in all rooms was dirty. Very outdated for the current times.

Perfect for a short stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location with supermarket and good restaurants nearby. Free parking. Check in via code sent on check in day worked fine (you have to send ID beforehand which was no problem). I use overnight accommodation in this area regularly for flights and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for restaurants Cole's,bakery etc. No traffic noise in units out the back. Comfortable but for the price bathrooms need a little TLC spider webs more pillows in twin rooms as most people sleep on two pillows. Otherwise quite comfortable would stay again.

What a wonderful choice for a stay in Brisbane, The amazing Cameron was very helpful in helping me sort the best accommodation for our family group and ironed out any difficulties before and during our stay. The rooms where clean and spacious a great place to spend time with family, access with codes easy. Great location for services, restaurants, chemist, transport, airport, shopping even a fabulous thai massage a few doors down. The magpies on the deck a little friendly (I even managed to catch one) but not a hassle. Cafe 63 a few steps from the door became the family breakfast place. Had a wonderful time with grandchildren at the Hurcules Street Park, and went to an amazing Monet in Paris show which all generations of our family loved (including the baby) at Northshore. A ferry ride up the river into the city. All within walking distance. Good value for money.

The worse experience of my life to stay somewhere so disgusting my feet were black from walking on the carpet the toilet bowl still had the last month worth of dirt and piss on it and the reception was the most vile woman I have spoke to Monique I think her name was I wouldn't even let my worst enemies stay here mould on the curtains and if you leave something over the weekend good luck getting it back cause they don't like helping paying customers out at this place just tell me to sit in Brisbane with 3 kids under 3 and wait for a reply

I do have photo proof of the room I'll add them now. Google is the place to leave a review no review is a good review in my opinion so I do leave honest reviews just because I don't leave one every time I stay some where and you can complain to who ever you like id never wanna return anyway to your filthy room just added the photo proof because 1 thing I don't do is lie but you guys obviously do But I'd expect that with the rude people who run this place and the only time I turned rude was when I was told you had noone on sites to help me out with my lost watch and then all of sudden I raise my voice and someone there to help in 2 seconds so yous lied about that too.
