We absolutely loved staying here and would have asked to extend our stay if we didn't have to mind grandkids the following day.
We were made to feel very welcome by the owner on arrival. He even called by to check everything was to our satisfaction, and also called in on our last day to thank us for staying.
We have stayed in all three parks in the surrounding area and we would definitely recommend Dolphin Point over the others.
We will definitely be back.

Was asked for my card on arrive as a bond incase cabin was left dirty, was not allowed to park next to cabin, was told to park behind quickly unpack and then move car to designated parking spot. ( had my elderly mum with me how has rheumatoid arthritis ) so was hoping to drop her close to the cabin door. There was sand in the beds, blood on the pillow cases and marks on the doona cover. Frank the owner wasn’t very welcoming and was told to have the washing up done before leaving and if I choose to use the dish washer then to leave enough time to have it emptied and packed away in the right cupboards. Was offered no discount for the way the cabin was. Lesson learnt an will never return there.

Very overpriced & underwhelming stay in dated, unmaintained & poorly cleaned cabin. Dirty windows, filthy oven, dirty marks on walls, mouldy curtains, spiderwebs & dead spiders around down lights. Had to sign a bond form & told to leave everything where it was & if using dishwasher on last day make sure it is emptied before leaving. Manager said we don’t want riff raff in the park, but we looked like we’d be ok ? No BBQ on deck due to an incident, so small bbq in place on grass in front of cabin.|Cabin was however well positioned with beautiful view over water & park is very well maintained with lots of grass.

Just spent 5 nights on a waterfront site with 2 friends on site next to us. Easy access to site and no problems setting up our vans. Manager was wonderful. Facilities were always clean and tidy. Great small caravan park in a great location. Loved it.

Absolutely outstanding location and accommodation. Our dog loved this location and every guest and fellow dog owners were so welcoming. Will definitely be back .Nothing beats a waterfront cabin ❤️ and the shower was incredible.

What a wonderful stay. From the time we made our booking with Frank and arriving and meeting him in person it has been a warm welcome. Our stay in the Oceania cabin was beautiful. Just right and with amazing views. Decided to do 1 night at Mollymook Golf Club for dinner and it was great food and atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. Our stay at the park was just what the Dr ordered with great weather as a bonus.

Right on the water - 30 seconds and you’re in. Great swimming and snorkeling to be had along the entrance to Burril Lake. Very well kept and clean park that’s well managed. We’ve already rebooked for next year.
