Clean, tidy, comfortable space! The rooms have everything you need to enjoy your stay from kitchen cutlery, plates,microwave, dishwasher. Staff/ owners extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s a quiet area and you’re only across the road from sea views! Great pool area. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tin Can Bay!

We have stayed here numerous occasions with our granddaughters. It has always been a great getaway and a relaxing time. The units are very central to Tin Can Bay with great water views straight across the road. Kids always have fun in the pool. Great concrete walking/cycling paths along the foreshore. Handy to cafes and shops and the dolphin feeding every morning only minutes away. Units are clean, well kept and well managed. Hosts Greg and Karen are very friendly and helpful. Never had any issues and we will be returning again.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Dolphin Waters is situated directly across from the beach. We all had a great weekend

What an awesome stay! From the moment we arrived with a genuine warm welcome from Karen and Greg .. this was one of the most memorable getaways we've ever experienced. While the location and view from our great room were special, it was really the detail around all the small things that made the difference. Room presentation, cleanliness, so much assistance with local restaurant knowledge ... definitely returning here. Love this place and these people. Highly recommend!

The room is clean, nice, set up for all your needs during your stay! My only issue was im sensitive to the smell of cigarettes - and this doubles as awful when it rains.
Out and to the left (10 steps) is a popular fish and chips, pizza place Snack joint.
And down the road is thr popular Dolphin feeding!

Short stay with my partner and enjoyed it. Nice cozy room opposite pool and can hear the sound of the soothing water fountain. Service is great, the gentleman in the office who checked us in and out is very nice and friendly; he made you feel welcome.
Location is convenient and walking distance to the water and restauraunts. the room's price is affordable. Would recommend.
