A great spot to stay in Mandurah at a reasonable price. Our room was a little worn - a DVD remote but no DVD player and a few maintenance things which were acknowledged. Rooms are right above several cafes and bars which was handy.

Visited Mandurah just recently and stayed at the Dolphin Quays Resort. There were four of us so we booked a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.|The facilities were excellent, location was excellent as was the view. A beautiful apartment except for one thing.|As I was sharing a bedroom with my friend we needed 2 single beds. The single beds in this apartment were so narrow (probably meant for kids only) that I actually fell out of bed when I turned over in the morning to reach for my medication.|It was more than fortunate that I didn't hit my head on the bedside table, although I did hurt my leg. At 77 years of age we don't need to be falling out of bed. I really think that these beds need to be changed to the regular size single beds. I have travelled all over and it's the first time I have slept in a bed this narrow.

We arrived and received an upgrade to an marina view room. Apartment was great. Comfortable,clean and quiet. Balcony had a Webber BBQ. Location was fantastic. Could walk every where and had secure underground parking. Staff were friendly. Surrounded by restaurants. |

Our family have regularly stayed at Dolphin Quay and have always loved the accommodation, location and price. Recently we had an issue (not Dolphin Quay’s fault) but we did need their help in resolving it. I can’t thank Bella and the Dolphin Quay team enough for their support, compassion and exceptional service. Thoroughly recommend Dolphin Quay for great location, competitive pricing and great customer service!

Defiantly not worth the price. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment, there is only a single unit aircon/ heater in the living area and none in the bedrooms. Defiantly do not consider in the summer as it was really hot and stuffy and uncomfortable. I can imagine the bedrooms being really cold in winter too. We have really small children so opening the windows were not an option for safety reasons. Another issue is the lifts don’t work! Thankfully it was working on the day we arrived (so we didn’t have to lug our luggage/ pram/ trolley up a couple
of flights of stairs), but the next day the lifts just stopped working. We had a pram and trolley so had to carry them while managing our other children and a baby down the stairs. Completely not kid friendly. I understand things breakdown every now and then but based on previous reviews I understand this is not the first time this is happening. Management should really consider compensating patrons for the inconvenience. The idea of staying in such a place (as they classify themselves as ‘luxury accommodation’) is comfort and convenience. If the basics of comfort and convenience cannot be met, the company needs to reconsider their branding and pricing.

Great value accommodation in an awesome location.

Check in was simple with friendly staff. Front desk not available after 4pm due to public holiday which wasn’t a problem.

Plenty of food and drink locations within a short walk.

Rooms a suitable size for a family. Nice balcony overlooking the marina

Great location in the middle of a dining precinct. Self contained as far as laundry goes. Waterfront. Undercover parking. Stop complaining.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Second bathroom was a plus. We only stayed 1 night but the washing machine and kitchen facilities would be great for people staying long term. Wasn’t noisy at all, even above the restaurant and the staff were great.
