Can't get enough of this place! I may be bias having being Italian myself and having had the opportunity to work for these amazing owners a few years ago - but seriously EVERYTHING you have here is truly to die for. Even better, everything is made in house and with such passion. There is something for everyone to enjoy, even if you don't have a sweet tooth! Thanks to the team - in particular the wonderful Benjamin - for assisting us in ordering our wedding cake last year, it was a crowd favourite.

The hidden Gem! Everything about this place is amazing. The food, coffee and service are outstanding! My personal favourite the ricotta cannolis. I was lucky enough to have the team make my delicious wedding cake too. I don’t go to a social event without spoiling everyone with these delicious pastries. Absolutely amazing

Dolcettini was the most authentic place in Castle Towers there pastry’s bread and cakes were the best in the towers their is no place you could buy such amazing quality food!!
PS their almond croissants 🤤 i loved every day being able to purchase my breakfast and lunch as well as desserts for my family!!
Thankyou for all your beautiful food and amazing service!! I cant wait to come to the new store and check it out not sure my hips will like it 😂😂
I would also like to add that true traditional Italians as they are always welcomed everyone with a smile and thats what you call customer service!!!

Dolcettini is hands down the best patisserie! It’s our family’s go-to spot for both indulging in delicious treats and bringing something special when visiting friends and family. I can’t recommend it enough. The quality of the pastries is exceptional, and the staff is fantastic – always friendly, efficient, and quick to assist. Thank you so much!!

One of the best cafés in the dural area. The coffees are consistently good and their hot rolls are to die for. Can get busy especially on the weekends however but there’s always easy parking down below which makes parking easier. The customer service is also great. Definitely recommend!

I feel like I’m stepping back into the streets of Italia every time I take a bite out of something from Dolcettini. Frank is one of the most talented pastry chefs I’ve ever come across, what he does is truly an incredible art. The quality, the freshness, the craftsmanship, the staff, the Italian authenticity of this business is second to none. From the moment they opened, I have always and will always support such greatness. Thank you for bringing a taste of our culture to Sydney.

Dolcettini is a true gem for anyone seeking an authentic taste of Italy. I recently visited Dolcettini, and it was such a treat! Their cakes are incredible, so fresh and packed with flavour, you can tell they’re made with real care and authentic Italian recipes. The coffee was just as impressive, rich and smooth, exactly what I needed to pair with those delicious sweets. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to for more!
