It's so cool to have a morning cup of coffee sitting on the balcony. The apartment has a wonderful view of the river. In general, there are an amazing location of the apartments, about 3 min walk to ferryboat. The pedestrian bridge is also not far away. The apartment big and clear in in excellent condition. Check-in (out) are very quick. I like and recommended these appartments.

Once again my stay at Dockside was made fuss free, caring and with empathy through a difficult time. Mark and his team showed a level of care, service delivery and compassion that frankly is not quantifiable. 10/10 is not enough. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable; I enjoyed watching some free movies in my limited down time. Dockside apartments and in particular Mark has redefined service. Thanks again.

The entrance was welcoming and clean. Checkin was easy. The apartment we had was very basic and in dire need of refurbishing. Tv was practically non existant, Bathroom was really undergrade, still in the pink era of the 1970"s, pink bath, pink tiles etc. The bed was small but the room spacious. The view was spectacular though. Next time I would read the reviews before booking again, or check to see if the facilities were upgraded

Great location within the dockside area. Fabulous for river walks and catching the ferry. Lovely staff 🙂. This apartment needs a "deep" clean before being re-let (room 701) and this apartment is not "delux", but very basic. Overall we enjoyed our stay but had to overlook the items mentioned above.

We recently stayed at Dockside Apartments and had a fantastic experience. We were travelling with another family and upon booking, asked if we were able to get two apartments near one another. The property were happy to accommodate this, and placed us in apartments next to each other. The staff in general were friendly and incredibly accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. We were on an early flight and they were happy to store our luggage for us so that we could go and explore the city. We even received a phone call from them early that afternoon to let us know that our rooms were ready early if we wanted to check in a couple of hours earlier, which was such a nice surprise.||The apartments are really spacious with a kitchen, lounge room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry. The kitchens are well kitted out and the views over the river are spectacular. The decor in our apartment was a bit tired but the one that our friends were staying in had recently been refurbished and looked very modern and fresh. Fantastic outdoor area with a pool and barbecues.||The location is great, with several restaurants nearby as well as a liquor store and a convenience store. The ferry terminal near the hotel is still being redeveloped but once it is complete it will be literally at the hotels doorstep. We still used the ferry but had to walk a bit further to catch it.||Overall, we had a fantastic stay and found the staff to really go above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience.

Room is dated but comfortable. Service is excellent! The reception staff were extremely helpful which we were very appreciative of. Thanks so much. We'll be back, it's a great location and when ferry terminal is done will be even better.
