All staff members I had interaction with, either by phone or in person while we were at the park were very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and fun for the kids.
Room was clean on arrival and pleased to discover the double bed was actually in a room not out in the living space in our cabin. Cabin had all we needed to cook our own meals. Excellent hot water supply and loved the supply of personal products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion). Could see that they have made cosmetic improvements in bathrooms with new tiles and shower rods etc. Would definitely stay again. Should have taken photos of the cabin to share.

Beautiful spot. Lovely walks. Facilities clean. Reception and other cleaning staff were lovely. However...ground and pool maintenance very below standard. Pool so murky u can't see steps!! And apparently been that way for a few weeks. It needs a knowledgeable person to "shock" it and maintain daily to a much higher standard as could currently be a health hazard.. Grounds could do with daily maintenance as in all other parks I have stayed in.

Beautiful clean park, all shared areas clean and equipment well maintained. All staff from reception to cleaning and grounds went above and beyond with all and any requests. Park manager was exceptional and checking in with guests daily. Plenty of activities for the kids. We will definately be making future bookings.

Hubby works at one of our local parks so expectations were very high. You and your team excelled in all area's from booking in to the zooper doopers on arrival on such a hot day. Grounds were clean and tidy for such a busy park. Cabin was extremely clean and was wonderful just to relax and not worry with an immune compromised child he never sneezed once! Cabin was a good size and didn't feel squished in. oh and the bed we expected the basic mattress but it was a beautiful pillow top queen . Swimming spot in walking distance. We Truly believe we have found our new holiday destination and can not wait to visit again and stay longer.

Stayed overnight on powered site. $35 for 2x adults in campervan.
Clean toilet/shower block. Clean cooking facilities. Quiet camp considering it was busy.

Lovely place but I have been a bit put back about the amount of people that disrespect the rules by allowing there children jump into the pool. As a health care worker I have seen so many accidents and really do not want to see children become another statistic.

Came up for a weeks break from brissy as we'd been here before. Whilst the staff are lovely, the park itself is looking a little tired, and with a blocked stormwater drain creating a large lake that's attracting dragon flies and wasps right near our site, it's not great at all.
I think we'll be finding somewhere different to stay the next time we're up this way.
Just disappointing when you compare to the polish of the website

Lovely location but Park is really scruffy. We have just left after staying for a week and we did not see a maintenance person around all week. Lots of pot holes on roads and dangerous hazards on paths to toilets etc. The front of park is green and manicured ..
A very false picture to what lies behind. Disgusting actually.
