Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for kids with lots of activities available in the park itself, or a quick drive into the town for even more to do. Rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were all very accommodating. Would definitely come back.

This place is truly incredible. Far exceeds expectations!! David from reception was a highlight being super friendly but not over the top, breakfast at the onsite cafe was DEVINE slightly pricey but very well worth the money! The cabin was so well cleaned and presented very well with an added lovely touch of the air conditioner being on when we got there on a very hot afternoon. We stayed right on the lake side meaning we had an incredible view from our balcony and prime position for both the kids to go in the lake and/or pool and splash park. The beds were very comfortable. The ONLY thing I would say that could be an improvement to this IMPECCABLE family resort would be a little more shade around pool and grassed area near splash pad. Thank you very much for our lovely stay and we will 100% be back!!

Wow. What a place to stay! The setting and location by the tidal River was terrific. The park was very well maintained, and the roads were wide and easy to manoeuvre the van. The facilities were very clean.

We unhooked the van, for our planned one night stay, and discovered an oil leak in our new Ranger. While the Ranger was in for repairs, we had the opportunity to extend our stay and take in the local surrounds.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Easy to extend our stay, and the support, advice and assistance we received due to the Ranger going in for repairs, was the icing on the cake. Georgie and David, as managers, were easy to talk to and very approachable and welcoming. Georgie went above and beyond, concerned about our food basics and supplies, given the unusual nature of our extended stay, and lack of transport. We were so pleased with the offer of a lift into Forster, to pick up a hire car. We travelled with Grant, the maintenance manager, who was easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the local area.

Overall, we were so pleased with every aspect of our stay, and would happily return.

I wish we could have stayed longer! We only stayed for a night as we were driving from Sydney to Gold Coast and needed to break up the trip with our 1yo. We saw a water park & had to stay—did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly, even kept the water going longer for her or enjoy. So many activities, excited to come back when we have more time!

I won't even give a 1 star.
I recently had an interaction with one of the receptionists, Fedil, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. His behavior came across as creepy and unsettling, leaving me questioning whether proper checks, such as Working With Children clearances, were conducted before hiring him.

I can honestly say I wouldn’t feel safe or comfortable returning to this establishment while he is employed there. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously for the safety and comfort.

Nothing special but you pay for what you get stayed four nights powered site, if it's cheap it's worth it otherwise you'll find better value elsewhere closer to forster. It's in the middle of nowhere basically 15 min drive to shopping, it's got a river running through it, that's the only thing going for it. Not sure about creepy staff members decent ppl not sure what service is meant to mean like they didn't come & wipe my arse for me or anything. Not sure what some ppl are looking for? Its a holiday park not a 5 star resort. Ive read things like there was bindies in the grass? So wear some thongs or the showers where cold, so shower in the morning not at night. Like i stated at the top of this post, you pay for what you get & anything over $50 for a powered site anytime of year is outrageous enough let alone peak season when u just sit back & laugh at what some places think there worth.

It's not a bad place. Our unit 118 needs a little bit of TLC, but we will go back there. The takeaway joint in the park has extremely good chips, pizzas are pretty good, and service could be better.

Absolutely amazing! Took a four day weekend and it was perfection. Staff were friendly and welcoming, food from the on-site Cafe was tasty and fresh. Stayed in a cabin on the river and spent hours on the grass on the riverbank fishing. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Will be bringing the dog next time for sure.
