Absolutely brilliant Park, exceptionally well run.
Super friendly staff, impeccably clean, 5 mins to The Spirit of Tasmania AND right on the waterfront! This open and airy camp is amazing. We only planned to stay one night but loved it so much we stayed 4!
In the off season away from major holidays this camp offers deals too good to refuse, this just added to our already excellent experience.
This camp is dog friendly and has lots for the kids to do also.
Within a few minutes drive to supermarkets and the city it is an ideal place for a getaway or, like so many, a stopover coming and going from The Spirit.
Thank you so much for making the last leg of our Tassie journey so memorable. Very much appreciated our time at your beautiful Park.

Extremely comfortable stay, cabin was very clean, the beds were excellent and pillows soft. There is plenty of room for a family. We have a cabin facing the ocean (approx 100m from the water). Had spectacular view of Bass Strait. The location was very quiet and only a 5 to 10min drive into town. This was a great find and would definitely stay again.

Pre booked 3n stay, ensuite site (% off special) 2 adults end of March.
Chosen for location to the ferry and reviews. Early check in (730am)organised by phone when we booked, system is terrific, text msg with details and welcome pack/key easily accessible , set up and sorted 30 minutes after arrival.
Park is exceptionally well maintained with a mixture of sites and cabins, there is a pizza oven in a mini pavilion, well equipped camp kitchen and a wonderful team of staff to assist with everything.
We extended our stay by one night, amended our departure booking and got coins for washing. All so easy.
The only improvement I could suggest is the laundry, currently just two machines , 1 was out of order, 2 sinks and 2 dryers in a tiny room, no table. It was a popular place and experienced queues/delays to get the washing done.
Park is metres from the walking path along the beach/coast and is just a few minutes drive from the ferry terminal.
No hesitation in recommending a stay if in the area.

We stayed two nights in a standard cabin at the back, which was very quiet. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We were surprised at the high quality of the cabin including an extremely comfortable king bed with very good bed linen and pillows, great shower in a large bathroom, functional kitchen and parking adjacent to the entrance. The cabin also had air-conditioning, making it warm and cosy at night. We'd definitely stay again!

A great place to stay pre and post The Spirit. Staff are always welcoming.
I arrived yesterday after struggling with my back going last Tuesday.
This morning I needed my cassette emptying and there was absolutely no way I could manage. I asked Kevin on staff if someone could possibly assist and offered to pay. He did it for me in a jiffy. You don't know how grateful I am for this kind gesture. Thanks again. I'll be back 🙏🐾🚐

Stayed here on the 16th Apr, the cabin we stayed in had the bedroom doors opening outwards which banged into each other if people came out at same time. Then stayed on the 22nd, the doors were placed correctly in this cabin. They need to fix their wifi though as both times the connection was rubbish, couldn't even connect to facebook. Beds were comfy but the shower is too hard to get into as they are bathtub showers.

We found the staff extremely accommodating who had been able to help us out with last minute accommodation which was pet friendly.

The cabin was great, clean and well presented, a million times better than the first cabins offered in another area of the state we'd stayed at. Bit like diamonds and coal. Devonport was great. What did gives the wow factor was the fenced in yard around the cabin for the dog to run around in.

It's a great location, with heeps to see and do. We'll certainly be using the park in the future.
