Had a caravan site with plenty of room. Amenities were spotless, as was the whole park. Great location right on the water with a walkway at the back door. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping. Staff is very obliging. Great stay.

We recently stayed on a powered caravan site for 2 nights with our kids. The site was really tiny despite providing van dimensions. We were unable to have our awning extended fully as our van and car wouldn’t fit. All of our neighbours had the same issue. The waste water drain was blocked with neighbours just letting waste water run onto grass. My husband managed to unblock it. The site was dirty, someone had obviously cut their hair on the site and it hadn’t been blower vacuumed, as I have little ones that like to crawl on lawn I found this really gross and it wasn’t a little bit of hair it was clumps. All of these issues were identified shortly after checking in so it was clear nothing had been done to prepare the site. Also people are allowed to smoke on site? I don’t know if this is normal but it was very off putting having our neighbours second hand smoke coming in our van. I checked the smoking situation with reception and they said it was fine to smoke. On a positive note the location is good, check in was fast and easy, amenities were very clean.

Very disappointed in the accommodation we were placed in. The cabin which was pet friendly but far from human friendly absolutely stunk of cigarettes. Air condition remote held together with electrical tape.
Floors were filthy covered in sand and the blanket in main bedroom was filthy. Cigarette butts laying on ground outside cabin. Four guest but beds were not made in bunk room which we found very poor service. There was no toaster in kitchen.
I would never recommend this park to stay and I couldn’t wait to get out of there to the next accommodation so I could have a shower and wash my clothes which by the way smelt of cigarettes as well. Shame on you Discovery Park Semaphore. We’ve always in the past had good experiences.

This caravan park is a huge disappointment and not worth the money. Our ensuite was dirty and poorly maintained, with the bin left unemptied for an entire week — completely unacceptable and unhygienic. It felt like cleanliness wasn’t a priority at all.

There’s only one dump point for the entire park, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration during our stay. The front office staff were rude and unhelpful, making what should have been a simple check-in process unnecessarily difficult.

To make matters worse, the intermittent barking of dogs throughout the day and night made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. If that’s your idea of a holiday, then this place might suit you. For everyone else, look elsewhere.

Discovery Parks should be ashamed to have this park under their name. I wouldn’t stay here again, even if it was free.

Loved this park. Great for the family. Beautiful playground and nice pool. Check in was so easy and smooth. Cabin was spacious and clean. Bathroom shower was good pressure and didn’t go too cold. My wife loved the coffee at the cafe, which was nice to have onsite and not need to leave!

2 adults in the ocean view cabin for 2 nights. Room was clean and was big enough for us. Water pressure for the shower was good and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even when I left something behind they held it until I could organise postage to get it sent back to me. Only bad point my van was to tall for the car spot I wish I knew before booking that room but the staff organise a very close spot to park it.

We Stayed at your cabin park this time last year .
Our grandchildren had a ball on the GO carts and we all love the place .All Staff made us very welcome nothing was to much.
Our cabin was very close to the beach which we enjoyed and the cabin was very clean bedding and towels were also very clean.
We enjoyed it so much we have tolled everyone how good it was and that shopping was near by and takeaway across the road .
We are about to book soon to come back .
I Would highly recommend this park . Can't say enough about it .

Stayed 3 days and no hot water in showers for 2 of those. No signs to alert you so you only found out then you were stripped down. Manager didn't seem to care and didn't offer compensation. We didn't get what we paid for.
