This is a very clean and well kept apartment. We had a two bedroom which was very reasonable priced. The staff are so welcoming and professional. The garage is a bit tight if you have a 4x4 with roof racks or canopy with solar on top. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Just perfect in everyway. Home from home. All facilities excellent from a really comfortable King size bed, excelkent living and bathroom areas. Garage to lock car up. Washing machine, dryer and own backyard with clothesline and a,seating area.

We saw this apartment whilst checking flights at flight centre and was adamant at first with the 4 stars rating however, we took it as it was cheap. We kept wondering wondering why when we finally came and stayed here as the place is just amazing. It’s big and spacious actually for just 2 of us. 😅 They provide basic equipments such as kettle, pans, plates, mugs, cups, utensils, knife you can use during your stay. There’s also condiments on the pantry (tea, coffee, sugar, small milk in the fridge). The unit itself has it’s own parking garage and washing machine + dryer with small packets of laundry powder included. They also have clothing iron stored in the garage cabinet.

My photos says it all! Me and my partner had a great stay and experience in this villa. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Emerald in the future.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The only downside is the location which is far from the city where you can buy your food and other necessities but it’s only 6 minutes away by car to the airport. No public transport available but the villa can book a taxi for you.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a huge apartment, 2 very spacious bedrooms , both with ensuites. Clean, modern and comfortable. A fully functional kitchen. A lockup garage and a small outdoor sitting area. After traveling for a while I was thrilled it had a washing machine & dryer. |We couldn’t believe the value for money here and highly recommend. We will be back!

Villas on Rivergum was a great place to stay in Emerald. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is in the suburbs so quiet, no large trucks or noisy motorcycles. Apartments are spacious and comfortable with the added benefit of a single garage, laundry & yard. Our apartment was spotless and the staff were genuine and helpful.

Near new apartment in the suburbs. Internal access garage, washing machine and very comfortable bed and pillows. |This property would be no good without a vehicle as it is a little way out with no shops or restaurants nearby.|Very quiet and we would definitely stay again if we were in Emerald.|

There was no faulting the accommodation. We had a wonderful two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a comfortable lounge / dining area and a kitchen with everything you would need to prepare your own meals. We even had our own lock-up garage. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower amazing. The tap water did smell of chlorine, so we opted to use bottled water for drinking. The only negatives were the distance of the apartment from town and that it was located next to the water treatment plant. For a one night stay I would be unlikely to stay here again, but if I found myself in Emerald for more than a couple of nights, this would be the perfect place.

We were so impressed with Villas on river gum. The fact we had a remote controlled garage that opened directly into the unit. Very safe & just like staying at home. A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a small outdoor area. ||We were sent a confirmation text the day before & as our plane was delayed, I sent them a text to let the villas know. They then told us the combination of the safety box with our keys inside. All very easy. ||The rooms were very clean & seemed almost brand new. ||||It isnt in town, so you do need a car for the 5 min drive in, but that was fine with us. ||Well worth staying here.
