NO COOKING FACILITY! NO HEATING ELEMENT OR MICROWAVE, yet they have plates and forks and knives? They want you to eat downstairs but that food is way overpriced. Ended up going elsewhere for food. They do require a large deposit/bond prior to stay. Completely self service hotel. Automated check in and check out. The place is also too expensive. I understand it is a very new hotel but lets be honest, the view aren't anything special. It is only three stories high with the rooms being on the top level. Parking is also extremely hard to find as the complex has three different car parks, not enough signage when I was there last year. It was well cleaned and everything was in working order but I was not impressed with no way to cook or heat up food. Say popcorn for my movie, yeah nah. There is only about seven rooms approximately and that is good, very soundproof rooms too.

They should explain more about how to check in for guest who doesn’t know about their system . There is no lobby to give u information can’t access to the hotel floor unless u find out how to get the key and tag to access 😡

Bli-Bli Suites were really nice and tidy, and the room was super spacious for just me. I checked in super late at night/early morning as it was a stopover, and although retrieving the keys was a bit confusing at first, I got it sorted after about 15 minutes. The amenities were fantastic, and the rates are super affordable. I would have loved to stay longer!

We were the first guests to stay at the suites in Bli Bli.
The rooms are spacious and the bed is great. Service was impeccable - especially considering it being the first booking. We wondered how a no reception concept would work - but the keys were easy to find and access and parking was easy. We loved going for a beer at the new Bli Bli Hotel and our room had an amazing private little balcony with a view.
We stayed with 2 adults and a child - for which the cost was really reasonable and the trundler bed was not in the way.

Probably the worst check in experience I’ve ever encountered. No communication, no pick up of the phone number provided or return of texts. The only text I received was a make sure I have enough money to cover the $150 bond. Check in was not smooth at all, my phone only had 5% charge left and at 2.15… over an hour after my first query , three text messages and two phone calls that weren’t answered of how to check in I was finally contacted and told there was a problem with the blinds and that’s why I wasn’t given a code to check in. I couldn’t have been told this earlier? The elevator, the parking, it was all soooo confusing. No microwave. A shelf right on top of a bin so can’t use the bin. Would not recommend.

Great place to stay for airport departure the next day, but getting key was an absolute pain. 50 mins later finally got the key so make sure you arrive during hours not after hours.

I never got to try this place out. I drove down to take a look and couldn't get in, no way to communicate, and their possible business partnerships totally void of support. it is sad to see a potential business lacking any sense of customer care.
