We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dido's. From booking through to our stay and leaving the whole experience was 5 stars.

Nila goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. It's the personal touches that make it special, we had a beautiful welcome basket, I mentioned my dad loved to BBQ - so we had some special goodies to BBQ with during our stay, another plus is the way Dido's supports its surrounding community.

The house itself is immaculate and well thought out for all family dynamics, we could not fault it - one massive plus is having all the things you have at home are there, from staples like olive oil, coffee, salt & pepper, to plenty of loo paper, no need to take anything extra. The outdoor area was one of our favorites with the big jacuzzi, BBQQ and lounge area (and outdoor fire) The town and surrounding area's are quaint with lots of lovely places to go "Sunday driving".

I would highly recommend Dido's for a short or long getaway, such a bonus being not only an easy drive, but a quick one.

I stayed at Dido's Place with my bridal party the night before my wedding in Sackville. From enquiring right through until after our stay was over, Nila was the most accommodating host we could have asked for. There were so many special touches which made the visit special.

As for Dido's Place itself: gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (our first night there, we had 9 adults and one infant and there was plenty of room) and the facilities are great. Part of our party made good use of the hot tub, and some even tried their hand at fishing in the dam with rods provided at the property (the groom was able to catch and release a carp). It's a beautiful spot in a quiet area. My husband and I are hoping to return on a less whirlwind trip so that we can experience it all over again.

Our family of 10 stayed at Dido’s as we had a wedding nearby. Such a beautiful location on beautiful acreage. Everything the whole family could need. My grandson had so much fun with all the games & sports for him to do. Nils had the Firepit set up for us it was amazing including Marshmallows. The house was presented beautifully, Nila even left us a pressie for our Anniversary & for everyone to enjoy. Beds were very comfy, my favourite was the beautiful baths! The main bedroom & ensuite with walk-in was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Dido’s Place and hope to return again. Thanks Nila for such a beautiful stay ?

We are locals of the Hawkesbury area but have been repeat visitors of Didos place. This home accommodates our extended family so we can spend quality time together as they live 2 hours away and our family home is simply not big enough to accommodate everyone. We simply didn't want to leave to put it lightly. Everyone feels right at home and relaxed. The attention to detail is always spot on. Of course, we will be back! Can't wait to do it all over again 🙂

What a beautiful property! We recently had the pleasure of staying here as our wedding was close by. The house is perfectly set up with everything you could possibly need. It’s super kid friendly, but also quiet and tranquil if an adults only getaway is what you’re after. Nila was incredible to deal with - so communicative, warm and professional. She made the whole experience so easy. I highly recommend her and Dido’s Place for your next getaway.

Loved loved loved our stay at Dido's!! Stunning modern house with the most comfortable beds, always so important to me to get a great sleep on holidays. Fantastic set up, kids had a blast and adults were able to relax. We fished, foot golfed, kids loved the trampoline. Lots of fun local adventures to go on. Nila and Paul are definitely Super Hosts!! We will be back!!

Wow, what a wonderful time we had with our family. The house was in a perfect spot, so quiet and everything you could want in the house. Bbq was great and also the spa pool got used each day. There were lots of games to play plus ping pong ?. It was the best - so roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to getaway from city life.

Dido's place has everything you need for your relaxation trip ! The house is so beautiful, spotless clean & Very spacious. It has such an incredible sense of tranquility and welcoming energy. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature and it is so peaceful. I recently run a Forest bathing & Tai Chi Retreat there and all our guests were so happy with the place. The owner Nila is very helpful and she made our stay unforgettable. I strongly recommend Dido's place for everyone who is looking for a peaceful weekend away or for people who runs healthy retreat. It had all elements you need !
