Very tidy, well presented place. Rooms are nicely appointed and everything is in good condition. Well situated, with a nice pool area. Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly when you lock your keys in the car! Great service and a great choice of accommodation when visiting Alice Springs. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights , 4 adults in one bungalow which wasn’t to much of a problem. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot and clean towels, the kitchen area had a kettle,toaster and a plug-in two ring hob which done the job. Nice pool area and staff were helpful.

Receptionist incredibly nice and helpful (Joy). Felt very safe here the night. Rooms are much like cabins in a can park, I had a squashed fly in my bed when I pulled back the covers indicating the quilt might be in need of a wash. The pool was nice. Internet did not work so couldn’t watch the tv.

we enjoyed a lot our stay in Desert Palms, cosy bungalows, walking distance from city, good pool, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. It is great the bungalows have a kitchenette well equiped. Beds could be better but overall we sleep well.

Lovely pool
Rooms clean and tidy albeit a bit small for a family, felt cramped in a quad room.
Parking space was minimal, but adequate.
The reception had some necessities, but close to shops anyway.
But- the Hardest bed that I have ever slept on
Very well priced for my 3 night stay.
would certainly give it another try.

"Misleading and Unprofessional Service"

I would strongly advise against booking this villa. We reserved accommodation for 5 adults, only to be informed upon check-in that the advertised bunk bed, which was meant to accommodate adults, was actually too fragile and "a little small" for anyone over a certain size. When we inspected the bed, it was already bent. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff insisted we pay extra to make any changes, which felt completely unreasonable. The overall space was extremely cramped, and the quality of the accommodations was far below expectations. This property is not suited for adults, despite their misleading advertising. There are far better, more affordable options available elsewhere. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Very convenient hotel with small brick bungalow-style rooms, reasonably spacious and well placed with regard to the city. Parking space, kitchenette, good WiFi connection. We just spent a night here but enjoyed it in full. Air conditioning and heating.

It is next door to the Hilton and the casino and handy enough to the town centre, but too far to walk there on a hot day. Our room was too crowded with furniture but it was clean and it was handy to the very welcome pool.
