Amazing staff, quiet and relaxing place! I asked for specific designs and the lady who did my nails was brilliant at attention to detail. I’ve only ever been to nail salons that make the acrylics really fat and chunky but these guys did a smooth design and fading into my natural shape! 10/10 always using this service now 🙂 great price for the results and work that’s put in

Good service and have been very happy when I have come here in the past however am very disappointed with the state of my nails, especially since it hasn’t even been two weeks since I got them done. Been very careful with them and one broke off one day after, obvious chipping.

So happy to have found an amazing nail salon 💅 Lovely Salon… Excellent service and very skilled Nail Technicians, who pay extra attention to detail.. once seated you receive a lovely little complementary basket with water,cookies and chocolate. Full set $65.. so great price also. I would 100% recommend ❤️

I had an appointment to have a Hot Stone Pedicure with gel polish, and an express manicure with regular polish and removal of gel polish today. I booked using the Fresha app and after reading the reviews booked with Hannah for my toes and Harra for my fingernails. I was greeted by Hannah who was friendly, but immediately she handed me over to another member of staff (a pleasant young woman - no idea of her name as she hardly spoke to me) - it turned out Harra was overseas. Another customer arrived and she said she had an appointment with Hannah - at the same time as my supposed appointment. Disappointing! So don’t expect that you will get service from the person you booked using the app.

The manicure and pedicure were done competently and look good. However the salon itself is dusty - the staff have nail dust covering their uniforms and when I moved from the pedicure chair to the manicure table it was very dusty from the previous customer- at no point was it wiped clean.

I also had concerns about the sterility of the equipment- the clippers and other sharp equipment are in a sterilised bag, but it was unsealed - I am not confident they were in fact sterilised prior to using.

And unfortunately I was overcharged- I’ve attached the price for each service which were taken directly from the Fresha app the total should have been $80 - there was a discount if you paid cash. Hannah said it was $90 and she discounted it to $85!!!

Unfortunately I won’t be back and will not recommend this salon. I have given one star for my toes and one for my fingernails!

Edit: At the completion of the pedicure the staff member said “you still want a manicure” to which I replied “yes” there was no mention of upgrading.

I started coming to Delighted Nail Spa nearly a year ago and have never ever left without perfect nails. The staff are so lovely and nice to talk to and they go above and beyond any other nail technician to make sure your nails are exactly what you want and that you leave happy. I will never go anywhere else again because my nails have NEVER looked so good after coming here. The fact you can book online, not have to wait when you arrive because you have a booking, have a lovely chat with the staff and leave with perfect nails - why would you go anywhere else? They also have a really great choice for colours and their pricing is soooo good for the quality. Thankyou Hannah and Harah for always making my nails look beautiful! 🙂

Such a beautifully run nail salon with excellent staff. They are by far the best nail place I have been to in a while and genuinely care about their clients. Really great customer service and attention to detail.
