Deepa's waxing services are fantastic. I really appreciate your attention to detail; you're so thorough and make sure everything is perfect. It's clear you take a lot of pride in your work, and it definitely shows in the results. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience every time!

1) The ambience is not great for a massage or facial.
2) There is fluorescent lighting.
3) The treatment room is not a full room as the walls do not go up to the ceiling.
4) Due to that, you can hear people having a manicure or pedicure, or washing up being done.
5) There is no toilet on the premises - it is outside at the back.
6) The massage was quite nice but I had a different person for the facial. It was a very rigorous facial and not very relaxing. Her hands were a little rough as well.
7) For the ambience of the place and how it is a simple beauty salon, it is quite expensive.
8) They would do better if simple improvements were made to make the salon have a better ambience.

Deepa was friendly made me feel at ease, like I was a regular even though it was my first visit. She’s clearly very experienced and highly skilled which shows in her professional service and relxed demeanour.
I’ll certainly be returning and I highly recommend Deera to anyone looking for a very competent and welcoming practitioner.

From the moment you walk through the door of this beautiful business you begin to relax and unwind from the busy lifestyle we have these days. Deepa and Lisa both provide an amazing and relaxing service. Their massages, facials and pedicures are all amazing and so relaxing. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The chair was uncomfortable, equipment wasn’t sterile. The shellac didn’t cover my toenails or go the edges. The exfoliating to my legs was rough and left me with red marks. Won’t be back, staff lovely tho.
