I had a 50 min massage with Toa yesterday and it was fantastic! One of the best massages I have ever had! She really focused on my shoulders which was the primary area of concern, but was also just a wonderful full body massage. Will definitely be coming back 🙂

I had a massage with Kim today. Neck and shoulder to help with headaches. She was excellent! Really got into the areas and worked them deeply, which is what I like.
Prices are a little up there, but for Emerald quite reasonable. Deffently get what you pay for. All the staff seem lovely, friendly and helpful.
Thankyou. Will be back again.

Was the absolute worst massage I have ever had. I have been here before and it was good.
The lady had no idea what she was doing and I felt worse at the end of it
I had a 90 min booked and cut it at 50 mins because I couldn't stand it anymore. I feel ripped off and won't be going there again.
I think it was the lady at the front desk doing my massage not an actual therapist

Would not recommend at all, was rudely served by a lady named "leaf" who persisted to sell me an hour massage to fix a stiff neck, when a fellow staff member with a British accent commented that a half hour session was all that was needed to fix my problem, the lady serving me huffed and puffed and Rudley told her co-worker to "be quiet" (it was clear to me then she was just trying to take my money) seeing the way she treated her fellow worker was Appalling when all she was trying to do was help and showed she genuinely cared. If I do end up returning to this establishment it would only to be treated by the lovely lady with the British accent. I think her name is Meryl?

I told the lady i have sore arm sore back and sore hand from last time massage with them so i was hoping she would fix it but what happen it feels like torture im complaining all the time asking not too hard why uses pointy heavy elbow? My body feel so sore and feel like sick!
