When it comes to coffee, these guys are the professionals - not pretenders. Small batches of beans roasted daily. Coffee is top notch, food and sweets are absolutely fresh and delicious, customer service is both friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is bustling yet welcoming. Beautiful view right on the esplanade with indoor and outdoor seating. For a true cafe experience you need to try for yourself. This place is popular for all the right reasons. Highly recommend.

Here is the only place in Hervey Bay for a true coffee experience. If you love true coffee culture and you can taste what true coffee is all about, then this is the location for you. Don't waste your time or effort with the imitations of other beans or suppliers in Hervey Bay. Definitely will be back.

My first visit today to Decoy Cafe after my morning walk . What a great addition to Scarness Hervey Bay. Excellent coffee, cold filtered water, great atmosphere, friendly and fast service. The display case had a variety of cakes, bagels, wraps and sandwiches for toasting, if you want a quick bite to eat. Right across the road from the Scarness Jetty. Dine in or grab a coffee ‘to go’ and enjoy the view. Opens early:)

This place quickly became my go to morning coffee whilst on holidays. Great coffee, staff are welcoming, always smiling & non obtrusive. Atmosphere great with music & fit out in line with trendy Melb cafes - always plenty of people there also good sign.
