Great location in front of the sea. However the overall experience was ordinary starting by giving us the fob with a tag saying car space 93 but the paper instruction says 73 but occupied then we parked at 93 instead however was occupied by other people after we back from dinner. Whole apartment was a bit smell also no bath tower lucky we brought out beach tower. It is a great location and have warm spa however a pity that such incident happen which could be avoided easily.

Loved our stay at De Ville. Huge apartment with amazing views. Very clean and great value for money. Very well located. Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient reception and on-site management staff. Highly recommend De Ville. Unit 46 was perfect.

Terrible Experience - Leaking Toilets and Hazardous Conditions

My stay at DeVille Apartments was beyond disappointing. I booked a room for seven people expecting basic amenities, but the experience was a disaster. Both toilets leaked constantly, and there were times when neither worked at all, causing immense frustration for everyone. Toilets are a basic necessity, and this kind of neglect is unacceptable.

On top of that, the cupboard near the front door started leaking, creating wet patches on the floor. This not only soaked our socks and shoes but also created a slipping hazard, which is incredibly unsafe. For the price we paid, these conditions were completely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against staying here unless you enjoy dealing with leaking fixtures, wet floors, and safety risks. DeVille Apartments clearly doesn’t prioritize guest comfort or basic maintenance. A refund of $28 dollars a person for 3 nights with no access to working toilets is atrocious.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom Executive Apartment Unit 84 on the 21st floor. OMG the views are incredible looking out over the ocean to Coolangatta, across the Nerang River and the Broadwater. This unit has been completely renovated and has a king bed. The apartment is spectacular and I would highly recommend a stay here. Staff are friendly and it’s literally across the road from the beach, Main Beach Surf Club and Southport Yacht Club. Minutes to Tedder Avenue or Marina Mirage. Great value.

Hi De Ville Property,

We arrived Saturday 2:30pm checked in and disappointed property manager could not assist us with getting the air conditioning to work. We are heading into 35-36 degrees and no one can assist us until Monday.

We have travelled here from FNQ and are extremely disappointed with this outcome. The fan in the bedrooms are inefficient and there are no fans in the living area.

This is not was advertised.

Microwave doesn’t work.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I could write a novel about this place and i didn’t even stay here. Receptionist staff are very patronising and not helpful. Talk over you and ‘pull the phone away from their ear’ when you aren’t even yelling. Slack on replying to messages (replied 1 hour before closing on Saturday & then had to wait till Monday for a reply). Took 4 calls to even answer. 0-0-0s across the board. Don’t recommend dodged a bullet with this accom. Reminder to ALWAYS check reviews before booking!!

What a fantastic experience. Our Room was beautiful and well appointed. Great views of the ocean and the river as well as the marina. While we didnt have a balcony facing the water we had amazing over 180 degree views with fantastic sunsets over the mountains. Close to everything 8 mins from Tedder Ave and across the road was the Main Beach Patrolled Surf Beach. The staff are great, rooms very clean and gardens well kept. The pool area is fantastic great for BBQs and is very private. Couldnt recommend enough one of the best accommodation we have staying in in some time.
